MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. -- Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio isn’t happy with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Sheriff Arpaio said in a press release Friday that agents from ICE refused to take into custody two suspected illegal immigrants who were found in the desert this week.
On Thursday, MCSO deputies came across five suspected illegal immigrants while conducting a drug interdiction operation

Border states should start putting illegals back over the border. They could charge other states to ship their illegals to them for processing and deportation. Screw the feds.

I think that every day, more and more people are waiting for the next Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Thomas Paine, and George Washington. I have one life, little fortune and my sacred honor has often been questioned, but I’m about ready to risk them all.
Laws are ignored or even worse, broken by those that are sworn to enforce them.
I have no respect for the law, just a very real fear that it will be used against me in an arbitrary and capicious fashion.

You don’t suppose that the Obama Border Agents Mexico (OBAMs) are collecting their pay without working do you?
If so, that means that the OBAMs have dropped out of the Work Force in America to join the 42 % of worker-age Americans who do not work.
He TRIED to have verification in AZ but was refused. Obama’s “Law” says he cannot hold them. So if he does not KNOW if they are illegal or not, he HAS to verify status before releasing the, does he not?
I honestly do not know why they have not done this. It would make the Dems look like bigger idiots than they are and get the conversation rolling nationally.

I expect things will get worse before they get better. Best to study up on surviving or overthrowing a brutal dictatorship. The 20th century offers many historical examples.

If the Feds wont take the Illegal Aliens....then MCSD and Sherrif Arpaio should stop assisting the Feds on any of their busts...refuse to house Fed arrests and those in transit...and dump the Illegal Aliens on Federal property (how about the big bombing range south of Phoenix) after their local incarceration is done
I’d separate the anti-Sinaloa aligned gang members, remind them how Obama supplied their rivals with arms of all sorts, and then ship them to DC and drop them off in front of the White House and let Obama deal with them...
It’s cold, admittedly. . . but they are, by definition, felons, and if fleeing, deadly force has always been allowable. . .
Ice might not start doing it's job but you can be sure that it gets a LOT of attention about how the government is unwilling to do its job.
Sheriff Joe should try outsourcing. Hire a company in a very remote part of India to take all the illegals he catches. Once they serve their time, it’s up to the illegal to make it back home. I’ll bet this operation can be funded solely on donations. I also think that once the word is out, the border crossings would get very sparse.
It is time for Arizona to bite the bullet and bus the illegals to somewhere in southern Mexico.It is time for Arizona to assert some fragment of state sovereignty and do it.
AZ should build a fenced area on the border. Chain gang all illegals for 2 years to build roads then place them in that fenced area where they can return to Mexico. Those not from Mexico can go there and ask the Mexicans to return them home. Mexico owes use that since we are hosting 10% of their population.
