Arnold Schwarzenegger has released a new tell-all book entitled Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Story in which the former California governor reveals “true life” stories, including his love child and cheating ways.

NY Daily News reports that Schwarzenegger’s then wife, Maria Shriver, approached him the day he left office to confront him about the affair, which she only had a hunch about at the time.

Arnold needs to just fade off into the sunset....I remember when he appeared on Milton Friedman's mini-documentary "Free to Choose", talking about the power of market forces and less government.

He became, instead, Charlie Crist with a Beverly Hills address. His capitulation to the left was a sickening sight to see.

I’d rather the book focus on his bodybuilder days in Venice beach. This was the golden age of bodybuilding when the sport really emerged and I’d love to hear Arnold’s take on the great personalities he competed with and against from those days.

I have nothing to say in defense of Arnold, but I think that it is rather sick to confront your husband on the day he’s leaving office about a 16 year old affair. Why did they have an appointment with the therapist on the day he’s moving out of the Governor’s house, anyway? You’d think that they both would have other things on their mind.

Do you mean that she couldn’t have waited until the following week? Or, how about asking him about it earlier? Why the DAY they are moving out?

My personal opinion is that she chose that moment when she knew he’d be at a low point in order to inflict as much emotional damage as possible. That does not paint her in a very good light, IMO.

I’d rather not read his RINO rantings, but I’m sure as hell excited that he’s making movies again!!!!

People will want to read it for the Hollywood-insider dirt.

You notice she DID wait until he was moving out of office. No sense in wasting those perks and the majesty of being the Governors wife while she could still enjoy them.

Arnold got solidly whupped by the Californian electorate and the unions when he tried to make some changes. After that he was politically neutered. I’m not excusing his fronting anti-Global Warming efforts etc (which are total BS and a total waste of funds) but I would say he tried his first two years in office.

>>Charlie Crist with a Beverly Hills address. His capitulation to the left was a sickening sight to see.<<

Agreed. He is almost as narcissistic as the Øbamatollah, and believes people will want to read about a man who disgraced himself and brought shame to his family while betraying the people of California.

Sadly, because of his celebrity status the book will be a best seller...

There aren't enough cuss words in the English language to tell you what I think of this meathead RINO POS. He was obviously being blackmailed in office because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants and knocked up his homely cleaning lady. Of course, his massive ego wouldn't allow him to resign, or at least not go for a second term. As a result, California was more screwed than if Gray Davis had continued.

Oh wow, he’s the one who broke his marriage vows, fathered a child with the other woman, but she is the one who should have some consideration and waited? At least she waited until he was out of office. He didn’t even deserve that, the lying, cheating, scumbag.

Arnold never was a social conservative..he was very socially liberal even in the 1970's. hint..there was always a lot of gays in bodybuilding and there still his. No I am not saying he is gay.

I met him at the Arnold Classic in Columbus and he is one of the nicest celebs in person and spends a lot of time with the people chatting and laughing and taking photos...and you can tell he was genuine. He is a true nice guy.

“I’d rather not read his RINO rantings, but I’m sure as hell excited that he’s making movies again!!!!”

So...you hate his politics and yet are willing to help subsidize his already exorbitant wealth by paying to see his movies?

I take the exact opposite tact. I refuse to help subsidize the pay of any lefty, period. I haven’t been to a movie theater since 1970 when I first realized that movies are, for the most part, made by and “star” leties.

To each his own, I suppose.

I am with you. Seems she was being considerate to wait until he was out of office to keep him from being distracted by her “taking action” and/or disgraced while he was still in office.

Remember that Orrin G. (UT) Hatch wanted to amend the Constitution so the Kennedy in-law “Ahnold” could run for President. Guess he lost interest in that venture

Good point; the purpose of Ahnold was to make Gray Davis look good.

Wow, that makes me feel so much better to know that he’s truly a nice guy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get kissed before I got screwed.
