The fundamental problem with birthers is they think “discovery” means “discover if there is any evidence”.
They think the law works like this:
You think your neighbor might be cheating on his taxes. You believe so because your neighbor won’t turn over his financial records to you. So you sue him in court, and then use ‘discovery’ to access his financial records and see if you were right.
They know Obama is an America-hating butthead. Therefor, they assume he wasn’t born in America (although I know a LOT of America-hating buttheads who were born here). Since they believe it, they want to go to court and see if there is any evidence. Guilty until proven innocent is the standard they want, and cannot get in the courts.

That raises a question: if all of these people know Obama's ineligible, and they actually have the power and resources to do something about it, shouldn't we turn our backs on these traitors? If the answer is "no," what isn't it "no"? If the answer is "yes", then that leaves us about a dozen 4th-tier politicians to support for office. Do you have an answer to this question?
