Is national gun registry and confiscation on the horizon? (Video)
The Examiner ^ | January 15, 2013 | Karl Dickey

Today Vice President Joe Biden is submitting his report to President Barack Obama on gun control and one thing is becoming clear - up to 50-80% of all guns in circulation will be affected by his suggestions. As we reported earlier regarding Dianne Feinstein's proposal, it will affect 50% of all long guns and 80% of all handguns.

The proposal includes the creation of a national database of gun owners, tracking who owns what guns and private gun sales would fade into history. The proposal is all gun sales will need to have a Brady Check and for most guns already in the hands of Americans, one will need to be fingerprinted, get a gun license from the federal government and undergo an FBI background check.

Interestingly, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is already barging into gun dealers shops across the country violating the McClure-Volkmer Act by violating gun owner's privacy by copying the shop's 4473s the agency does not already have an electronic copy of...

When three or four million people show up in front of the White House, I'm thinking this will all go back in the DNC file cabinet.

That’s just it.

If Americans are serious about protecting their 2nd Amendment rights they’ll need to do just that.

With rifles slung over their shoulders.

[[Is national gun registry and confiscation on the horizon? (Video)]]

On the horizon? In a few short days, without ANY public input whatsoever, NY is abotu to enact their own gun confiscatioon policies and demand that gun owners be given mental health evaluations in order to keep their guns shoudl the state governemnt find htem ‘worthy’ to own guns-

I watched Shawn hannity ask the guin owners who were outed by the newspaper who printed their addresses if they woudl ever allow NY to confiscate their guns, and they all pretty much in unison yelled out ‘hell no’- however, I don’t see them lines up on the capital steps DEMANDING that the governor recind his UNCONSTITUTIONAL bill, and thse folks may infact be the first peopel targetted by the cuomo administration because they spoke negatively abotu his policies on national tv- and they, liek hteir neighbors who have been living in gun free zones for a long time now and hwo can’t legally own guns, will give up their rights to own guns without so much as a squeek- just liek their nieghbiors did when the pressure was on-

The national gov will be watchign htis very closely, and hwen they see that NOONE will stand up for their rights to own guns and be free fro mgovenrment bullying them for owning guns, the national gov will follow suit- knowing htey will meet NO serious resistance along hte way

[[If Americans are serious about protecting their 2nd Amendment rights ]]

They are not- they talk a big game, but when the kick of happens, they run the other way- at least that’s what has happened in coutny after county all across this country for decades now- Chicago became a gun free zone long ago- yet the only gun free peopel are the innocent law abiding victims of violence and victims of govenrment abuse - ?(and we see how well their ‘gun free zones’ has worked out in reducing crime- not at all- infact, criminals andm urderers love the gun free zones becauser they know they will not fasce any armed citizens anymore)

states and counties and districts all acrossd gthe nation have been violating the second manendment for decades and noone has stood up for hteir rights yet- oh, many talked tough sayign htey would, but htey didn’t when push came to shove- I don’t see it happenign any time soon either- We shoudl be seeign o nthe news, massive organizational efforts underway by the NRA and other gun rights groups to phyisically and forcibly oppose any new restrictiosn on gun laws, but we see zip- nada- nothing- except a few benign clips abotu lapierre calling for armed guards in schools, and the media making him out to look liek a nutcase-

The horizon is now- not in the future- The second manendment IS dying- and noone is fighting to keep it alive- it’s a fact we are goign to have to face- NY is all set to serious violate the second amendment- and the gov is next to violate it-

Be heard.
Show up en masse.
No excuses. No hoping that others will attend so that you don't have to.

Do not think for one minute that they don’t want to do this. They are planning how to do it without calling it confiscation.

Let them start their registration and confiscation in the black housing projects of Chicago and Compton and the barrios of East L.A. Since those homogeneous folks all voted for the homo genius, they’ll certainly understand and be compliant without complaint — you know, go door-to-door and they’ll just politely hand them over.

If the gov’t will follow that sure-to-be-highly-effective procedure, you know, as an example to the rest of us, then I’ll “consider” letting them come to my door without giving them my ammo before they ask for it.

I’m waiting.

Meanwhile, I no speak Ingles, and no tengo no weapons, so hasta la bye-bye.

When burying (or hiding guns anywhere), best to do it near places with metal already present so metal detectors will be confused.

Our forefathers didn’t bury their weapons. They buried those who tried to take them.

It’s easy. When they come to your door, get out your weapon and stand there, with it loaded, pointed at them, and tell them, “Go ahead, try and take it.”

Why are they going to do? The ball will be in their court. They will then have to DECIDE either to execute a citizen on their very own doorstep, or back down.

Once the first citizens is executed in this way, and the news is broadcast about it, the ball will start rolling.

Not fun to read, you say? No,it’s not fun at all. Makes me personally nauseaous and sick to think that people are going to be killed over this. But they will be, eventually, whether it’s on the doorstep, or in the back of the head later, (even after they’ve turned in their guns) when they don’t comply with some other government order.

It’s a crying shame — we’ve let this go on SO long now ...that THIS is what we face. These MONSTERS are here, among us, and they’re out of control. We need to decide NOW what we will do, as a free people, to fight this TYRANNY. It has gotten way out of hand.

"It’s easy."
Fighting for a cause with your life on the line is not easy.
"Once the first citizens is executed in this way, and the news is broadcast about it, the ball will start rolling."
Don't look for that either. Obamas EO will be for the newspapers to NOT report it and they will comply.

Here’s another `first step toward a final solution’:

Watch for Biden, or BATFE, or some nutjob governor like Il Duce Cuomo to announce “our toll-free hotline to report an illegal firearm. And you don’t have to give your name!”

They did this in Washington D.C. in 1976 when handguns were first banned in that city & for some strange reason the handgun murder rate in D.C. began to skyrocket.

Government snitch websites could be next. Sure, citizens nursing grudges will rat out their neighbors by the thousands but the govags will then swoop in & kick in doors by the thousands.

And there you have it. Civil war.

BipolarBob said: "Our forefathers didn’t bury their weapons. They buried those who tried to take them."

Yes. And they didn't greet the confiscators unarmed either. But they did wait until their Minutemen had a tactical advantage before engaging the enemy. As Patton once said, "Nobody ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making some other poor bastard die for his."

The anti-gunners are desperate these days because the Heller and McDonald decision, along with a proper understanding of Miller, spell doom to gun control.

We have several steps remaining before "it's time to shoot the bastards".

First is an immediate challenge to any further infringements brought about through unConstitutional executive orders. If the Supreme Court refuses to reign in the emperor, then it is time.

Second, the Congress must be allowed to respond to the Usurpers proposed legislation. If any further infringements pass Congress, then an immediate appeal to the Supreme Court must be made. If the Supreme Court fails to act or supports the infringements, then it is time.

The courts in Kalifornia have been dragging their feet and stalling several important cases. They are only stalling because they KNOW what the Supreme Court must decide. As long as they can stall, we remain in an infringed state.

When the cases reach the Supreme Court, assuming Justice Kennedy is still on the bench, and assuming there are no other changes to the Court, then it will be up to Kennedy to put the nation on a path to insurrection or to buy time with a responsible decision.

If the Supreme Court makes the wrong decisions in these cases, then it will be time.

Oh they sure did hide/bury their weapons. The Brits went to Lexington and Concord to seize weapons; they had them hidden all over.
