Romney is finished.

And Good riddance! That's what I say.

Romney (who I had no love for) was a large contrast compared to Obama, and ANYONE who choose to sit out or vote for something else that enabled Obama to get reelected should not be heard from the next four years IMO. Those people should feel shame of what they failed to do and should be the last to whine about Obama.

I keep praying for divine intervention. What goes around eventually comes around. You’re right. He will pay for what he’s done to this country. I’m leaving it in God’s hands. He’ll come through for us.

Thanks Armaggedon.
Enough already with the spirit of defeat by our friends here. Show some backbone and stop bashing Republicans. We lost the election due to rigid concepts over religion so Romney s faith kept voters home. We should have won easy. A house divided cannot stand. Please stop bashing our allies and let the Obama chickens come home to roost. Obama will pay for his blindness. Let us stop hating our own.
Well said. Of course, besides the RINOs and CINOs who refused to vote in 2012, or refused to vote for the Republicans, there was also widespread voter intimidation and ballot fraud by the Demagogic Party.

John Boehner

What could John Boehner do? He only has control of House of Representatives. President Obama controls nearly everything else, including mainstream media. The fact that he got Bush tax cuts extended to most Americans is a great accomplishment.

What “allies”? The Republicans like Ryan who merely want to spend $14 trillion instead of $15 trillion? Who want to make the military, and by extension, the federal government bloated and powerful?

I have no allies in Washington. Maybe Rand Paul, but it’s too early to tell.

What could John Boehner do?

He could stop calling them "Bush tax cuts" for starters. They have been in existence for what, a decade now? Time to start calling the alternative "Democrat tax hikes".

It was the first election I really started accepting that we have massive voter fraud and ballot manipulation. Either that, or we have lost our American soul from ignorance and foreign ideologies that have overwhelmed the concepts of individual liberty and consent of the governed that have made us unique among nations.

If the electoral process is gone, then so is the vehicle for consent. If government won’t stay within the limitations imposed upon it by Constitutional delegation and the rule of law, then gone is individual liberty.

I, like you, voted for Romney for the same reason. Trouble is not Conservative saw it that way.

Romney lost because he is a liberal. Not because of his faith.

Very True. I have Mormon cousins. I did not vote for Romney simply because he too was an Obamacare Liberal. It's The LIBERALISM people. Conservatives in the GOP don't want it nor will they vote for it any longer. Until the GOP addresses that very major issue the GOP will not have another elected POTUS. That will mean likely next GOP POTUS will not be from the North East States. Romney was such so were Da Bushes. That is the key issue.

Those who do not want a Mormon in the White House stayed home and we got more Obama.

Romney's record as governor says he was a big a Liberal as Obama. Pro-Obamacare, Pro-Abortion, Pro-gun grab likely plus a lot more. In my neck of the woods far south of the Mason/Dixon that is not Conservative.

Putting the magical-R on the end of his name doesn't make him right nor does Mormon make him the wrong man for POTUS. Pay close attention to this. A few of our presidents in the early years of this nation were not even Christians. It's The "POLICIESS" Rino Apologist need to grasp the fact or Conservatives will continue to leave the party. Either turn back to Reagan Doctrines or become as The Whig. Either/Or take your pick. Both those who supported him and opposed him need too stop the stupid Mormon excuse nonsense. It's old, it's childish, and quite frankly it diverts from the real very serious problems at hand.

Saying Romney was not elected because of being a Mormon is as insane as saying JFK was unelectable because he was Catholic. It's making excuses because an early on Liberal Media pushed GOP candidate could not carry the GOP to the White House. Is that proof enough?

“We lost the election due to rigid concepts over religion so Romney s faith kept voters home. “

I disagree. We lost the election because a large number of people in this country are against the values that made this country great.

Enough, d@mn you, enough!

“RATS and GOPhers”
“Romney is a liberal”
“Elect more Republicans” in a jeering tone.

With liberals, democrats, and leftists, the statement that, “there’s more that divides us than unites us” is fair. It’s why we want the freedom to secede and maintain an America that’s based on the values that made the USA the greatest country in the world.

And there is plenty wrong with the Republican party. But it is our best hope to get what we truly want. So let’s put aside the differences and work together to take back our country.
