Bad neighbors come in all shapes, colors, and ethnic backgrounds. You could try a civilized talk with the oldest member of the household and see it that corrects the problem. If that doesn’t fix the problem, you can always take the matter up with a home owner’s association if your neighborhood has one. This is a very common problem and there are lots of ways of trying to resolve it peaceably.
You could always do doughnuts on your neighbor’s lawn like my father did when I was kid, but I would not recommend that solution. :-)
Call the police everytime you see them or smell them smoking weed.
Call them whenever their music is obnoxiously loud.
Record it if possible, audio and video, including pics shaking off of your walls.
No one should have to live like this.
His 1st Amendment rights end when they impede upon yours.
Call the police and make a nuisance of yourself to them so they will take action against the person causing you so much stress.
I’ve been in a similar situation and that is what I did and it worked.
These inconsiderate people, regardless of race or nationality are complete ingrates when they behave in such behavior in our country.
Live in the Central Coast area of California. Where I live is mostly rural. In our little community there is a public owned hall. It is rented out for weddings, birthdays, quincerias, etc. When a Hispanic family rents it OMG! Hours of freaking banda music with the mobile DJ non stop. Louder than a 747. Police state they can do it until 10 PM when the county noise curfew kicks in. These noise laws were written in the 50s’ when people had record players. These mobile DJs’ are high tech and high noise. The police don’t want to deal with it. If you go by and confront the folks they will stab you or shoot you. Welcome to the new America.
Buy a pay as you go phone, so that it can’t be traced.
Then call the police alerting them to possible drug trafficing.
Blast heavy metal at them late at night.
I recommend a band called “Stormtroopers of Death”.
Seriously my daughter has neighbors from south of the U.S. border and she lives in an apartment. Her son is 50% deaf. They play the music while he needs sleep for school and it wakes him up. There is not a over the ear hearing protection device made that can stop low frequency sound waves. That is because low frequencies literally go through ones skull which is also party of your Vestibular/Hearing processing.
We visited Puerto Riceo over Christmas week, just in time to take in the “Festival of Masks.” Drunken Jeep drivers with multiple sirens running full blast kicked off the event at 5 am...
I don’t get it.
Being that their ethnicity is so important, you may want to knock on this door and ask to see their papers.
If they are legal, you may want to turn them on to music that you like and instead of hearing the pounding of music you do not like, you can hear the roaring of music that you do like.
Call 311 and file complaints when the music is to loud. The City will contact the homeowner ~ that should put a fire under his butt.
Get a directional microphone.
Add a high powered amp.
Add a tight beam directional speaker.
Loud, obnoxious “music” is picked up by the directional mic you aim at his SUV.
Signal is boosted 10x by your Amp.
LOUD, OBNOXIOUS “MUSIC” is beamed back at his SUV.
His windows blow out, sheet metal sets up destructive resonance, his SUV shakes apart.
(The tires and foam seat cushions will probably survive)

LOL! We used to blanket Kent State with Slim at 7 am on Sunday mornings over loud speakers just to annoy people LOL
Oh The Humanity!!!
I think he was more upset with the fact it was late at night and the volume of the music rather than the type of music. :-)
I just thought it was funny he referred to it as "that GD salsa music".
Call it the audio nuclear option.
I suggest “Slim Whitman - Indian Love Call” to get things kicked off.

The effect of this weapon of mass destruction on the minds of a group of stoned deadbeats when played at 105 db at 2am with speakers pointed directly at their bed room windows is too scary to contemplate :-)
It seems that these hispanic’s disturbed your apostrophe’s as well. That is unacceptable!
The animals would dirty up the offending cars real nice. Get it? Bread to attract them. Subwoofer to scare them. Offending car owners would get tired of cleaning up the result.
Nope I asking how can I get this music turned down. I am sorry but God made him hispanic, he selected to play hispanic music in Spainsh,He elected to turn it up as loud as it will go and drink beer and smoke weed.I pick up beer bottles all the time. I have seen this truck stop during the night with Mexicans getting out the back about year ago, there were mattresses in an otherwise empty box truck. About 15 people got out, slipped in between the homes, within 2 minutes the truck is gone. I know he rents rooms to other hispanics, 2 bedroom home 1 father=1 mother-1 9 year old daughter-2 male hispanic roomates. They stay mon-thursday,return sunday.I do have pics of the suv’s cars double parked -meaning they parked 2 suvs their space-2 suv’s on my lawn, and tore up my grass and left tire ruts, mud holes, if you need to see them I have them showing my land is damanged. I have solar lights they have broken, I have caught them tresspassing, I caught them trying to steal 10 feet of my land, the boy mowed the grass and decided to mow 10 feet of my grass and they mowed it and then claimed it and they moved everything off my land pushed it over 10 feet off their new land they stoled from me.I have pics of this too. I have flower beds that were ran over, I have pics of them using my space as a shortcut after being told to stay off my side of the lawn. Is there anything else you want or need ? One more thing- They owe me about $ 45.00 in broken solar lights.
