Joe McGinniss, the author of "Fatal Vision," "Final Vision" and a 2011 Sarah Palin biography, announced that he was diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer last May.
"I was diagnosed in May with advanced, metastatic prostate cancer," he wrote Wednesday on his Facebook page. "There is no cure, so sooner or later it's terminal."

After renting a house neighboring Palin's Alaskan home to carry out his research, he emerged with claims of infidelity within her marriage to Todd Palin, a "fetish" for black men and drug use. I know with the passage of Obamacare, the Death Panels have now advised against PSA testing , but this should have been caught previously.

I’d normally wish this person well, even people I disagree with I don’t wish them a death from cancer, which I know is horrendous..but considering what an absolute scum bucket this guy is and the hell he put the Palin family through, well, ya know what they say about karma
His hatred took root and grew. Now it is eating him alive.
I am sorry he has cancer and wish him the best. No one should suffer cancer.
If ya haden't been so busy poking your nose into Sarah Palin's bedroom windows you could have gotten a simple PSA test and be walking this Earth for a long time.
Wonder what his age is. Something else is more likely to get him before prostate cancer does. Uncle died at 89 of something else; had PC a long time before that.
The Palins hated no one. And as far as I could tell they were silent rather than say a bad thing to or about anyone, like Joe.

That creep is a stalker of Gov. Palin. He can rot in hell.
Cancer is terrible. Even someone guilty of moving next to a public figure for the purpose of stalking her and writing an attack book doesn’t deserve the pain and suffering. I hope he will get all the help that the rest of us can expect from ObamaCare, and that his physician and nurses will treat him with the respect and consideration that he has shown his neighbors.
Maybe his prostate is incubating a Joe McGinniss.
