Republicans are content to be the liberals' lackeys and Judas goats
Coach is Right ^ | 2/6/13 | Kevin "Coach" Collins

Republicans have become the Democrats’ lackeys and Judas goats whose main job is to lead unwitting Republican voters into the liberals’ slaughter pens. Given reports that Eric Cantor wants the Republican rank and file to see that “Government Can Be Good, Too," Karl Rove has announced his intention to pick our candidates and state level Republicans have run away from any hint of changing the Electoral College vote distribution in their states making it clear that Republicans cannot be trusted with our future.

These people are more concerned with what the New York Times and Debbie Wasserman Schultz has to say about them than...

i’d like to see how the primaries are handled, changed, but not the electoral college.

A kapo or prisoner functionary (German: Funktionshäftling) was a prisoner in a Nazi concentration camp who was assigned by the SS guards to supervise forced labor or carry out administrative tasks in the camp. Also called “prisoner self-administration”, the prisoner functionary system minimized costs by allowing camps to function with fewer SS personnel. The system was also designed to turn victim against victim, as the prisoner functionaries were pitted against their fellow prisoners in order to maintain the favor of their SS guards.

They would be happy being the Tidy Bowl Captain.

Because hey, Why Not?

And that is the best Scenario, at worst they are Vichy Republicans actively working with our enemies hoping they will eat them last.

There is nothing about changing the electoral college, this is about the states being able to distribute their electoral votes the way the wish. (as is entirely within their constitutional rights)

Here in Michigan we have a 3 branch majority with 9 GOP districts and 5 Democrat and its getting increasingly hard to bother voting when Detroit/Flint vote fraud will give every election to the democrat.

I support it in Michigan because doing away with the popular vote will negate the lure of fraud. After all, what’s the point of committing fraud if the electoral vote count will be limited to that area?

Again, its an issue for the individual states, oppose it where you are if you wish but I’m supporting it here.

Fact is, things have to get a whole lot worse before the Republicans, or the Tea Party, or anyone else, will have anything concrete to fight against.

The typical low-information voter just doesn't see a problem at the moment. Obamacare has been structured to cook the frog slowly, and the low-info voters have fallen for it all the way. The pot looks just like a hot tub full of celebrities to them. Trays of munchies are nearby, beer tap is in reach. Life is good. They don't see the unmarked 18-wheelers that are staging at the loading dock, in the rear parking lot, and out onto the main road as far as the eye can see. Nope, party's on, and don't you dare say otherwise.

And for the moment - unfortunately - the LIVs outnumber us. Not by much, but by enough.

Our best bet is to point out the problems as they become obvious and make sure the blame is placed where it belongs. And be ready to pick up the pieces when reality hits.

Unfortunately, the GOPe is making both of these actions harder.

Meanwhile in Michigan the tough turd wants to double the number of people on medicare and raise taxes to pay for roads (with a skim to clean up hiking trails)

Thanks for clarifying. I am all for states being able to determine how they decide their electoral votes and if they can split them between candidates. Totally constitutional, and each state sets its own rules.
