"California doesn't deserve the Boy Scouts anymore. Have them leave the state.?

That's my gut, visceral reaction.

But, the Boy Scouts is worth fighting for. It's far too important in teaching kids with almost no access to learning life skills. Where else can a 7 year old be taught and tested on knife safety skills - earning a card to carry a pocket knife to supervised pack meetings? We demystify and teach the boys a healthy respect for many dangerous skills.

Boys learn to be responsible men. Where else do they get these skills in a community-wide safe setting?

That's what I love about FR - clear thinking adults. This would make a GREAT advocacy video or ad. I'd tweak it and ask "who do you trust to train your son"?

I'm not ready to abdicate protecting this GREAT organization!

Here's another possibility: "Which parade would you rather see your son march in?"

Thanks, we have got to start pushing back. To listen to the gays for the past 20 years or so you would think that gays are the most wonderful, virtuous and trustworthy people. All that is necessary to burst this bubble are people who can put together the evidence and put it out there. The media is pro-gay in every way so they will not tell the truth but we can tell the truth and when people see the malevolent nature of the gay activists they will not be fooled by their lies and public relations methods.

California falls further into the cesspool...

They start with a precedent, then they move on to things like Churches and religious organizations because taking away the nonprofit status of those groups would upset more people. So many people have been "educated" into total stupidity that if there's a "legal precedent" they'll just shake their head and not bother to protest or even get upset for more than a day or two.

You're right, though, that is their goal.

They're demanding that everyone accept the total authority of the State over the God.

The Protestant majority in Germany accepted that idea a long time ago as did the secular humanist majority in France and the Protestant majority in England.

The US has been headed that way for a long time but up until now the Constitution was in the way. Now, of course, since we've ignored the Constitution with regard to who can be President, they're emboldened to ignore all of the rest of it as well.

I fully expect King Barry to begin enforcing some sort of illegal gun control measures and when confronted to just echo Jackson by saying, "The Supreme Court has ruled, now let them enforce it". So far, people can grumble and pretend the system will right itself sooner or later. They refuse to accept that when King Barry said, "clinging to their guns and their God", he was specifying what he knew he had to get rid of to make the State into God like all other fascist States have.

When the President who is illegally holding office ignores the Constitution and the Supreme Court, then people can't hide from the truth. They'll either have to stand up or buy knee-pads and shut-up.
