Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo just concluded a new interview this afternoon at 3:30pm central time and revealed that he will get Congressional movement on Obama's fraudulent documents after their summer break. He also revealed that they have in possession two Hawaiian birth certificates from 1961 that reveal that the term 'Negro' was used for black babies instead of the term 'African'.

Is Zullo saying there are two different Birth Certificates? If he is, this is good news. If not, what the hell is he doing?

“African” is the terminology customarily used to designate Negoe and other indiginous populations in Kenya who are not descendants of the races designated by the former colonial government as “Europeans”. The colonial government discriminated against marriages between “Africans” and “Europeans” by making such marriages unlawful and subject to annulment. Decades after the end of the colonial government, the post-colonial government of Kenya continued to annul such so-called inter-racial marriages. Kenyans and other Sub-Saharan African nations and societies are accustomed to thinking of racial designations as being European versus African. The fact that the evidently fraudulent Obama birth certificates used the term “African” as the entry for race may reasonably be interpreted as having been supplied by a person who was accustomed to thinking of Obama’s race as “African” in accordance with Kenyan and Sub-Saharan African customs rather than Negroe as required by the U.S. Federal regulations. Obama is of course one person of Kenyan descent who would be accustomed to using the Kenyan terminology instead of the proper U.S. Federal terminology required in 1961.
And why?
Because I go by the evidence, and not by what everyone wants to believe.
Arpaio’s posse’s a fraud. Plain and simple.

That right there says the Cold Case Posse is full of ****. Because it’s EXACTLY WHAT ANYONE WOULD EXPECT, IN EVERY CASE IN WHICH THE FATHER ISN’T ACTUALLY AFRICAN.
I recall seeing a genuine Hawaii birth certificate, on a BIRTHER web site, that had a whole long damn string of various ethnic stuff as one of the parents’ nationality. Like 4 things in a row. Something like “German/ Hawaiian/ Chinese/ Whatever.”
The fact is, the Hawaii Department of Health put whatever the parents told them.
People from Kenya, when asked what race they were in 1961, typically said, “AFRICAN.”
In other words, Obama’s fathers nationality is EXACTLY WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT IT TO BE.
Ah, but Arpaio’s brilliant freakin’ posse has found a couple of Hawaiian birth certificates with undoubtedly AMERICAN black fathers, that say “NEGRO.”
Again, exactly as we would expect.
AND THEY TRY TO MAKE A CASE OFF OF THAT?
No serious investigator in his or her right mind would EVER try to make a case on that basis.
So the only reasonable conclusion is that Zullo and the Cold Case Posse are either totally, completely incompetent, or they’re outright frauds. (I refer you also to the aforementioned link which, as far as I can see, proves they faked their earlier evidence).
So you tell me. Which is it? Incompetent, or outright frauds?

Your posts amaze me. It appears you are becoming desperate in trying to get folks not to listen to any of the evidence on this subject.
African is a nationality not a race. I have white friends born and raised in South Africa.
The fact that the father was listed as African instead of negro on the COLB was the first red flag for me.
The first thing I would have looked for was others born near the same time with black parents to see how they were listed.
So, this evidence is exactly what I would have looked for way back in 2008.
It was the first thing we researched when we started looking at numerous documentation back in 2006-7 (They would disappear as soon as we would point them out to others)
The birther movement started with first hand knowledge and freepers attempt to find concrete material to support that freeper. Eventually Phillip Berg a Hillary supporter filed suit. That’s when it came out of freepmail into the public
Oh Ho Ho!! I always thought African sounded bogus for the 60’s.
Here’s a copy of a Hawaiian COLB where the mother’s race is listed as “Hawaiian Caucasian” and the father’s race is “Filipino Spanish.”

In 2008, factcheck.org inquired about “African” being listed as the father’s race and Kurt Tsue of the Hawaii Department of Health told them:
“Update, August 26: We received responses to some of our questions from the Hawaii Department of Health. They couldn’t tell us anything about their security paper, but they did answer another frequently-raised question: why is Obama’s father’s race listed as “African”? Kurt Tsue at the DOH told us that father’s race and mother’s race are supplied by the parents, and that “we accept what the parents self identify themselves to be.” We consider it reasonable to believe that Barack Obama, Sr., would have thought of and reported himself as “African.” It’s certainly not the slam dunk some readers have made it out to be.”

Barak Obama, Sr. signed his name without a “c”, so I would think if he supplied the COLB info and named his child after himself, he would have named him “BARAK” like himself.
I saw his name and signature on an African article he wrote.
Therefore, I am inclined to believe he did not provide any of the info for the COLB.
No, by no means. I'm all for everyone checking out the evidence.
The problem is that the evidence isn't presented here by the people who post threads like this one. ONLY one side - the side of propaganda and bulls***, is ever presented, in the name of "truth."
And "truth" is anything, whether factual or not, that says Obama is ineligible to be President.
Anyone who has ever talked about the other side of the evidence - the side that has to do with the actual, cold, hard FACTS - has been labeled an "Obot," a "shill," and many, many other worse names besides.
So I ABSOLUTELY, 100% encourage you and anybody ELSE to go out and "LISTEN TO THE EVIDENCE ON THIS SUBJECT."
To do that, you'll need to hear both sides.
So read all of these threads.
And also read the other side.
For that, the blog I referenced is a pretty good place to start. The author of that blog wrote a whole book on this crap. I recommend you read the book, and the blog as well. Compare what he has to say with what Arpaio's posse has to say. He also references the opinion of one of the guys who invented and patented a lot of the technology used to compress Obama's PDF, who - unlike the clowns the Cold Case Posse have tried to pass off as experts - is a REAL expert.
There's more out there. Stuff written at conservative sites, like RedState.com, stuff written at liberal sites, and stuff written at sites in between.
The thing is, I just don't go in for BS. Which is what literally everything I've ever seen from the birthers has turned out to be.
Piles and piles of it. And it doesn't matter if people debunk it. All this crap has been debunked before. The only thing I can think of offhand, that I know of, that hasn't been debunked is the Cold Case Posse's latest expert's report.
Why not? They finally got smart and stopped releasing their stupid "experts'" reports to the public. Now it's, "We've got a really, really damning report by this guy who's an expert. But nobody can see it, because it's a TOP secret."
That's BS, from people who have LITERALLY faked their evidence before (as referenced above).

Oh, it's not necessarily OBVIOUS BS. It sounds plausible, just like any good scam. And it's happy! Hey! We can get rid of Obama by having him declared ineligible.
Bull****. No one has ever presented any real, provable evidence that Obama's birth certificate's a fake, or that he was born in Kenya.
Why? Because they don't have any. And that's evidenced by the 200+ court cases birthers have lost... so far.
But those who love happy, convenient BS just keep posting it. Because something that sounds really good ("Obama is ineligible") is SOOOOO much more palatable than reality.
I might be more impressed if I knew how many black babies were born in Hawaii that year. Two out of 100 (for example) ain’t impressive.
That is certainly possible. The mother might have supplied all the information for the birth certificate.
I can conceive of a hospital clerk asking Ann Dunham: “What is the father’s race?”
And her responding: “Well, he’s from Africa.”
