Only chance to stop the Amnesty bill is for the House not to consider any immigration related bill at all.

Michelle Bachman explained it. ANY House bill no matter if it promises all the border security in the world will be a trojan horse.NO bill at all must come out of the House because it will be merged with the Senate Amnesty and trojan horse bill. Call congress.

Tell them to stop all Amnesty or immigration bills.they are all trojan horse bills. some will promise border security that will never be enforced anyway.

Bachmann explained it . The House will write a border security bill only . then in conference the senate will add the virus and then bring it back to the house. then the conservatives won’t vote for it but democrats will all vote for it so then they only need 10% of republicans to pass Amnesty and the virus that will destroy America. so any bill at all will be added the virus . so best thing is for Boner to not let any immigration bill at all come out of the House. that is the only hope . call boner and the members of the House.

Tom Tancredo echos what Michelle Bachmann said.

call congress . no bill at all from the House

and of course boner must not bring the Senate bill for the House to vote on. no senate bill, no border security bill from the House .nothing.

JMO, but if the amnesty bill passes, America will be an open borders country. The invasion will never end.

In short , don’t pass any immigration related legislation, none from the House

Only chance to stop the Amnesty bill is for the House not to consider any immigration related bill at all. Any bill from the House will be merged with the Senate Amnesty bill .

I have been contacting D.C. offices for months to ask that they include an amendment requiring that back ground checks include searching voter registration roles to see if applicants have committed felony vote fraud.

Rubio's office refused comment. McCain's said that such a proposal would be antagonistic.

To answer your question; not only would the flood gates be open, they'll all be voting in time for Hillary's election.

In the 80s, when Reagan got suckered by the left into granting amnesty for the estimated 3 million illegals, it was with the condition that Congress follow through and secure the border.

We know how that turned out. As I understand it, the current bill pushes amnesty first and then (can you guess?) . . . . . . . securing the border. So, IOW, Congress is, again, doing what it does so well, kicking the can down the road.

IMO, you are correct. 20, 30, 15 years from now, we will STILL be discusing what to do with all the illegals that have flooded into the country and the borders will STILL not be secure. We have laws on the books that cover imigration very nicely, but the feds don’t want to enforce them. Therein lies the stalemate.

Even the CBO in their own study stated that an immigration bill would ONLY DECREASE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION BY 25%AFTER IMPLEMENTATION.

Sort of like homeopathy. How much can you dilute something (America) until it isn’t that thing anymore?

I think what you describe is EXACTLY what will happen, because it’s what has happened since the ‘86 amnesty.

Every immigration bill being considered will allow 11-30 million illegals to have a path to citizenship. The border will reamin as porous as it is today and there will be no better enforcement of our immigration laws. 11 million more will come and in a few years the politicians will tell us we need more immigration reform with is the code phrase for amnesty.

A few quick thoughts. . .

“They” keep saying the immigration system is “broken,” but never tell us what exactly is broken.

Broken meaning we don’t enforce laws already on the books? I can buy that.

And this nonsense about we-can’t-deport-them-all. . .of course we can. Stop pestering local and state law enforcement and let them have a go.

And this living-in-the-shadows thing. . .what?!! These illegal aliens are in your face and open about their status, heck, they are everywhere, on TV, in congress testifying, in the open, no living in the shadows. Nonsense.
