Since the U.S. has started serious discussions about taking military action against Syria, many have publicly spoken out against a possible military strike. And now it appears that some of our uniformed service personnel have come forward to express their disagreement with an attack, any attack on Syria.
More than 2,000 people have liked this image that was posted on Sunday.
There were also photos posted from people wearing the uniforms of the Marines, Navy and Air Force. These have also received Facebook likes in the thousands.

Is this kind of behavior allowed? Well, there are rules concerning what uniformed military personnel can and cannot do, especially when it comes to making a political statement. In reviewing the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Article 88 could come into play here. That section states:
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

When the treason is being committed in the oval office.....
hardly treason
Can the author of this article seriously ask “Is this kind of behavior allowed?” referring to our military, when we have a usurper stomping on the Constitution every day for the last 5 years with 3 more to go???
And we’re supposed to be nit picking our military over pictures that real Americans agree with?
Let this nightmare end. Zero is Carter times a million.
Ya could end up in the dock in Washington or Nuremberg.
The UCMJ is just so yesterday....
obama lets uniformed military personnel march in gay pride parades now.
In direct violation of UCMJ.
Plus commander-in-chief obama fails to follow any laws he doesn’t like (DOMA, immigration, guns laws, GM bankruptcy, etc.) - so why should anyone in the military follow laws they don’t like?
Illegal or not, good for them!
Over 58,000 Americans wasted in the Vietnam war, and, courtesy Kerry, Fonda and their tribe, we walked away in defeat.
Now, after destabilizing Libya and Egypt, flushing Iraq and Nowhereistan down the toilet, we’re going to do what in Syria?
One can sense the wheels are coming off. The troops do not trust Obama and Obama does not trust them, and the mistrust is growing close to outright hatred. The United States of America is entering uncharted waters. I never dreamed it would fall apart this fast.
THANK YOU RINOS FOR DOING ABSOLUTE SH*T ABOUT IT!
ARE THESE ANTI-SYRIA STRIKE PICTURES FROM U.S. MILITARY MEMBERS OKAY?
No objection from me, especially since our military people's lives are the ones at risk, only their votes mysteriousunless not the least bit mysteriouslykeep not being counted.
I don’t care and at this point I don’t doubt that my own government will use any propaganda methods they can come up with including claiming enemy propaganda.
Not sure I buy this. The messages are all hand-printed in large letters using the same type of paper.
I keep going back to the scene in Doctor Zhivago when the Russian Army revolts against the Generals trying to lead them into battle.
The only treason being committed is in the WH, and the DOJ. They have spit on the constitution numerous times. God bless the troops that are speaking out. They saw what happened in Benghazi and they do not want to be put in harms way by an illiterate community organizer who leads from behind. Our military should not be used by an arrogant jackass who wants to make himself look good. Obama drew the line a year ago, and the world now knows he’s a spineless coward.
The shame is that he has been allowed to drag the country, and us down with him. He needs to be impeached.
Who would volunteer to be “0bama’s military” these days?
Yep. Let the armchair generals hike up their big boy pants, organize and go fight on their own dime.
Foreign agent propaganda most likely.
If it is real, kid can quit hiding his face and collecting off my dime if he wants me to care about his opinion.
I've been saying since '08 that he has been raised from his mother's knee to hate freedom, to hate Western Civilization and to hate this country most of all.
He, and the barbarians on the other end of his BlackBerry, know that this country is the keystone in the arch of Western Civilization, and if he can destroy the US the whole thing comes crashing down into millenia of darkness.
Keep that in mind, and everything he does makes perfect sense.
