Sodomy-based marriage "legalized" in all 50 states by a bureaucratic tyrant

In an almost unnoticed development, the Labor Department this week ordered all employers in the United States, whether they operate in a state that recognizes gay marriage or not, to give health benefits, pension benefits, and 401(k) privileges to the "spouses" of homosexuals.

Tom Perez, the labor secretary, made it clear that this ruling applies in all 50 states, not just the 13 which have foolishly recognized marriage based on the infamous crime against nature.

Thus same-sex marriage has now been imposed by bureaucratic fiat on the 37 states who have refused to recognize it. This is tyranny of the worst kind, imposed by a busybody sitting in a corner office in Washington, D.C.

All any gay couple must do now is travel to one of the 13 states where gay marriage is legal, get hitched, return home, and demand marital benefits at work. Even if that state's own constitution prohibits such recognition, resistance will be futile. You can be sure that Eric Holder and his minions at the DOJ will land like a falling safe on any employer who follows the constitution of his own state. Employers will be hauled into court and browbeaten into submission by the unlimited resources of the federal government.

So gay marriage, whether you like it or not, is now "legal" in all 50 states. And it didn't require the will of the people to do it. The combination of judicial tyranny – the Supreme Court striking down DOMA – and bureaucratic tyranny has crushed and obliterated the will of the people.

It's no longer "We the People." It's now "We the black-robed oligarchs and we the pointy-headed bureaucrats." This, I daresay, is not what the Founders had in mind.

HIV is a gay disease after all

Peter LaBarbera brought to light earlier this week an astonishing revelation courtesy of the Centers for Disease Control. (You will note, in passing, that the CDC is not a member of the vast right-wing conspiracy.)

The CDC revealed in a recent presentation that, among HIV positive males between the ages of 13 and 24, the mode of transmission in an astonishing 94-95% of the cases is male to male sexual contact.

In other words, no matter how homosexual activists try to spin it, HIV is a gay disease.

Gay activists are quick to point out that HIV exists among heterosexual females. What they do not want you to know is that most of them received it from men who were also having sex with other men on the down low. This is particularly true in the black community where black males and females are infected with HIV in numbers far disproportionate to their percentage of the overall population.

The prevalence of HIV among teens and early 20-somethings is exceedingly disturbing. These are young men with their entire lives ahead of them, who now face a future of disease, weakness and early death. It is an American tragedy.

Sexual behavior, in the end, is always a matter of choice, just like smoking. Just as we spend billions to keep teens from taking up smoking, so should we be spending billions to keep teenage males from taking up homosexuality.

“Eventually, their procreation abilities will come up short and there will be fewer and fewer with the “innate desire toward homosexuality.”

That’s the thing, you see: there is no “innate desire.” Homosexuality in males propagates by traumatizing as many pre-adults as possible, in the knowledge that some of the victims will develop SSAD as a result.

Male homosexuality will propagate for as long as any homosexual has access to pre-adults. Or until God says otherwise.

“My sister was raped at 14 and went lesbian.”

A trauma in the pre-adult years. The etiology seems to be a little different for women.

“Love her just the same.”

Of course. I would point out, though, that SSAD is treatable. Just because she “went,” doesn’t mean she can’t come back.

“But so far both the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Labor have said that they will follow the Supreme Court’s ruling.”

They are in the executive branch. People who care more about themselves than the country, or God, or liberty will carry out the wishes of the vile demon who wallows in the White Hut.

The prop 8 case was remanded back to a lower court for lack of standing, ...

I think that the decision of pro-gay activist justices to send the Prop. 8 case back to the lower court was unconstitutional. More specifically, the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 2 of Article III says that the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in all cases where a state is a party.

In fact, I know of two amendments to the Constitution, the 11th and 19th Amendments, that were ratified in response to the Supreme Court's decision in cases where individuals sued a state.

And it so happens that one of the cases, Minor v. Happersett, is very applicable to the Prop. 8 case imo. This is because the Supreme Court clarified in Minor that sex was not a constitutionally protected voting rights criterion regardless of the 14th Amendment's equal protections clause, activists pushing to legalize gay marriage with PC interpretations of that clause.
