Navy Cmdr. Michael Vannak Khem Misiewicz Isn't he the guy who allowed contractors to overcharge the Navy in exchange for hookers and Lady GaGa tickets?

That is what the 'investigators' are saying. Is it possible that the administration sent out a team of investigators to 'get' any military brass on 'anything'? Is it possible they trumped up charges to not only get rid of 'a few bad apples' but to cow the rest of the officer corp. (corpse?) into submission so they can violate the Posse Comitatus Act with impunity?

So are you saying they all did?

Not all, but let's look at the list.

Petraeus - got caught cheating on his wife through an FBI investigation. It's also suspected he sat on the Medal of Honor for Captain Swenson

Vice Admiral Giardina - was the subject of a civil police fraud investigation involving the use of counterfit chips at an Iowa casino.

Cmdr. Michael Vannak Khem Misiewicz - allowed the Navy to be overcharged for port services in exchange for hookers and Lady GaGa tickets.

Cmdr. Martin Arriola - ran his ship into a tanker.

Capt. Antonio Cardoso - ignored regulations against abusing and hazing recruits.

Cmdr. Joseph E. Darlak - failed to maintain discipline among his crew, a number of which got drunk and tore up Vladivostok.

Cmdr. Franklin Fernandez - drunk driving arrest(s).

Cmdr. Ray Hartman - sleeping with a subordinate.

Cmdr. Jon Haydel - ditto.

Cmdr. Diego Hernandez - come on!. The man was convicted at mast for mishandling classified materials. On a nuclear missile submarine.

And on and on and on. I'm not saying there isn't a single suspicious relief, especially among the generals and admirals. But most of them were booted for screwing around or running their ship into another ship or criminal activity or general incompetence. Of the 45 on the list I'd say there are maybe half a dozen head-scratchers. The rest would have been relieved under the Bush administration.

Stalin did it with guns, Obama is doing it with Scandals and made up lies. Where are these Generals speaking out about why they have been targeted?

Good afternoon. Welcome to FR.

Seems like your list contains USN except for Petraeus. Do you have similar lists on Army/Air Force?

Or, lists from past presidents for comparison?

Thanks for your post.

No. I used the link that Nachum provided and that happened to be all Navy for those officers below general and admiral. Someone pointed to militarycorruption.com. I can't speak to the bias of that site but it doesn't seem to be very pro-Obama. There's information there on other branches.

Half of those items are bogus or not to the level of destroying a career.

This sort of reminds me of a New York National Guard officer whose unit was training at Fort Knox back in the mid 1990's. He went out for his morning run and never came back.

His body was found a few hours later with more than thirty stab wounds to the neck, chest, and stomach. After "careful examination" of the evidence (cough, cough), his death was ruled a suicide.

I work with a retired first sergeant who was training this Guard unit at the time. He said that this officer was strict, but fair, and that most of his men had nothing but good things to say about him.

The director of NSA and his two deputy directors are leaving their positions between January and June. What private company would see their three most top guys leaving within months?

Indeed. But how many low information sheeple, who catch a glimpse of this during a fifteen-second blurb on the evening news, in between stuffing their faces and checking their texts, would know this?
