Rubio retreats: Comprehensive immigration bill wrong way to go...

1:01 YouTube video

This tells me Marco Rubio is seizing the moment and distinguishing himself (as well he should) from the RINOs who got their hooks into him and is running to the Right with other members of the party (thank you Cruz and Co).

Rubio can still kiss his career goodbye. Conservatives ate on to him now. We know he is a traitor who would sell this country down the river in exchange for votes from the Latin community. Yet another pandering politician.

Its done for Rubio. He lied to Conservatives and joined with poisonous Democrats while lying to us. Rubio still hasn’t apologized for that.

Rubio (along with many others - and expect those numbers to grow) is rallying (as is the country) to strong conservative leadership (Cruz and Co).

Rubio sold the country out with amnesty—nothing he can do will make up for that.

GOP comfortable ignoring Obama pleas for vote on immigration bill "For President Obama and advocates hoping for a House vote on immigration reform this year, the reality is simple: Fat chance.

Since the shutdown, Obama has repeatedly sought to turn the nation’s focus to immigration reform and pressure Republicans to take up the Senate’s bill, or something similar.

But there are no signs that Republicans are feeling any pressure.

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has repeatedly ruled out taking up the comprehensive Senate bill, and senior Republicans say it is unlikely that the party, bruised from its internal battle over the government shutdown, would pivot quickly to an issue that has long rankled conservatives."......

He sold out, got smug about it.
And now his self preservation kicks in.
Let me be the first to stomp his fingers as he holds onto the ledge over the precipice.

Well, for the moment, anyway. Perhaps he wants to be recorded as being on all sides of the issue so he will show a positive aspect to all the voters’ GoIt’s not even a “nice try.”.

I swear I heard Rubio call in on Rush’s show sounding (pretending) like a regular caller talking about immigration. But I only caught the end of it so I wasn’t entirely sure. Then I turned Sirius and not but a few minutes later there he(or someone that sounded just like him) was again on Wilkow’s show.

I was waiting for the either host to say, thanks Senator Rubio, but that didn’t happen. Strange.

I wasn’t playing with a lot of rest the previous night, so I don’t feel confident in this, but I’m wondering if anyone else heard the voice? Perhaps, he was just a Rush guest and I missed it.

There hasn't been a vote on amnesty since he was elected. Now he's at least saying he's against it. My RHINO Senator Burr, just collects his paycheck and does whatever Mitch McConnell tells him to do. Burr was no help at all a few weeks ago with trying to build some support for doing anything to stop or change obamacare. Even Communist Senator Kay Hagan has now come out in support of a delay to obamacare. Burr's office...crickets.

What are you talking about? He fought endlessly—first privately and then very publicly—for his amnesty bill that voted for and has passed the Senate.

Now it hangs there, ready to be rolled up with any tiny immigration bill that they can sneak by the House, to turn into passage of Rubio’s monstrosity via conference.

There will be no bill.

Reid wants the issue for 2014.

Reid would be perfectly happy with 30 million new Democrat voters.
