Matt Lauer should have known better than to quote the Democrat Party line to Sarah Palin. From his “only 5% are losing their current policies” to “Republicans have never come up with a plan,” Lauer looks like a perturbed 3rd grader hoping to prove his teacher wrong.

Matt Lauer is in a rigid politically correct posture. He is unable to think clearly or creatively. Nor can he make objective observations. Palin embarrassed him. You can be sure NBC will carefully screen his guests and keep him from discussing anything substantial with anyone intelligent.

The real beauty of this interview (aside from the interviewee herself!) is how deftly she reversed the role that condescending a-hole Charlie Gibson took in her first interview. Now it’s the metrosexual wimpy Matt Lauer who is out-classed and out-debated.

I love the fact that she goes right at the left’s talking points. Lauer says ‘5%’ might have to change their plans, and she destroys that remark. This is the way to deal with the left. You have to question directly every word that comes out of their mouths - immediately after it comes out of their mouths.

Paul is becoming more and more GOP-E and currently is not in the same class as the patriots you mentioned.
