"I could be mistaken, but the two men in the photo look like “angry white men,”"

That's true, they do look angry.

Chrissy Matthews looks none too happy either.

Education doesn't always equal smart.

There are a lot of educated dummies.

Likewise, there are many "uneducated" people who are brilliant.
Benjamin Franklin
Thomas Edison
Colonel Sanders
John D Rockefeller
Horace Greeley
Mark Twain
Henry Ford

No, she’s on the right. She has something running down her leg.

December 21, 2013 AT&T Stadium - Dallas, TX Allen High v Pearland High [5A Div/Texas State Championship] Attendance: 54,347

Supposedly the biggest crowd ever to watch a football game was for a high-school game.

125,000 people at Soldier Field in Chicago. Watching the city public league champion take on the Catholic league champion. Sometime in the 1920's.

Totally agree that education doesn’t make you smart.

It only means that a person is smart enough to get through the education which sometimes doesn’t amount to much in the way of useful information. I suspect some of these people are only good at regurgitating their professor’s opinions. However, sciences like math, engineering, medicine are different since they deal with absolutes.

However, education does coney a veneer of respectability in many social and professional circles.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen someone work so hard at barking up the wrong tree.

Madcow has a Doctors of Philosophy in politics.

In other words, a high sounding degree with absolutely no useful relevance in the real world. An over glorified political science major.

There often are more people looking at posts about PMSNBC on FR than there are people watching PMSNBC on television.

However, PMSNBC is not intended as a consumer product, it is another portal to stream doctrine to the progressive operatives.

PMSNC>>NBC>>NBCUniversal>>Comcast

Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar and we just found out last week his SAT was barely good enough to be accepted to college.
The Rhodes deal was his @ss-kissing relationship with Senator Halfbright.

I’d bet nastygirl has the same qualifications.

Really? What were his SATs?

So he’s a genius at B.S.....what a surprise.

I couldn’t figure out the GOP during impeachment - Bill gave that STOTU speech in which he promised the moon and the rats all gave him standing O’s....and at the end Trent Lott said “it’s all over”....meaning throwing him out of the WH.

Of course zero had to have learned quite the lesson about the value of words over substance.

Wow, that is interesting. Al Gore got better scores than Clinton and W?

My family got better scores than Clinton....maybe because they don’t have a section for total BS in the test.

I wouldn’t be surprised if zero’s are really horrible which of course would have to make everyone think about how he got into the schools who passed him through....

Also surprised that Bill O’Reilly is so high.

Thanks shibumi!

stuck_in_new_orleans, if you don’t care about my blog, that’s fine! Don’t visit it. As shibumi aptly points out I never manipulate posts to get anyone here to go to it, and I never will.

One of the things I love best about coming here are the comments, I’ve gotten some good ideas from Freepers, and when I do my weekend caption “contest” (it’s not really a contest, that’s for lack of a better word) Freepers routinely come up with the funniest/best ones.

I like going on other forums and social media, but I like FR the best because the people here are by far the most intelligent bunch on the conservative sphere of the internet.

shibumi and his writings are a SHINING example of what I mean by that.
