"...After viewing Darren Aronofsky's Noah, I am astounded by the number of Christian Pastors who joined in the promoting of of this propaganda piece but that is for my follow up column.
Paramount says the Noah Movie was "inspired by the story of Noah" but it appears more likely it was inspired by the story of Al Gores protégé Ted Kaczynski. Paramount would have been more accurate if they had made a movie about the Uni-Bomber because this Noah had more in common with Ted then the Biblical Noah and Russell Crowes rendition would have required very little tweaking. The film was full of absurdities like..." (continued)

I liked it better when it was called “Evan Almighty.”
Next thing you know, Hollywood will produce a movie about Sodom and Gomorrah where all those evil homophobes tried to attack the open-minded Lot and his gay angels.
Well, Matt Drudge LOVED it. Check out his Twitter acct. Complete with rainbow flag.
Yes. Watch the History Channel version. They contended that God destroyed Sodom & Gomorrah because they became so “inhospitable”. I kid you not. It’s on Netflix if you have it. Just type Sodom and it will come up.
And it will be cool because no one “owns” the story.
Drudge is such a capricious fruitcake. We can depend on him to back the RINO for president and libel all of the conservatives. I don’t understand why conservatives like that guy.
I’m afraid so.
So, so right on sexual immorality, rampant today every single direction and constantly rationalized by all stripes.
It is not just homosexuality. I sometimes wonder if homos really got their start because of all the promiscuity that was already becoming “the new normal”, and is now.
Don’t know him, don’t know if I would like him or not ... just go to his site to get some of my daily news, along with many other sites.
That's what my United Methodist Church pastor said in a sermon about 10 years ago. I left the UMC shortly thereafter. There IS a point- homosexuality is one of the most inhospitable lifestyles you can live.
I’ve heard several Christianns have walked out on it because of the inaccuracies and Hollywoodification of it.
The Chumash (Torah) commentator Rashi says that even the animals were affected by human rottenness and became sexually perverse, thereby including themselves in the mabul (flood). It is noteworthy that the decision to wipe out the earth was due to the corruption of people first, and nature second indicating that G-d made the earth for man. His responsibility even before “the fall” was to tend to and care for it.
I couldn’t care less for what Drudge thinks about anything.... But that’s just me.
Took a date to see the movie tonight. Had it not been a second date i would have walked out. Where they came up with some of the 90% of the movie was beyond me. Pure crap if you ask me. Date didn’t care for it either.
That movie is Pagan Vomit. To take a truth of God and make it a lie about man’s influence on the environment is blasphemy. I will never spend a dime on that communist propaganda.
If you want to read and contribute more to dissuade people from supporting this garbage, you can go to Twitter and look up #NoahMovie There are some great comments there.
As I just tweeted “This #NoahMovie is like a love letter by #AlGore for #Greenpeace & #PETA”
Yes. You are watching a pendulum swing really far. It can’t go much further. And it doesn’t slowly swing back the other way. Have faith. Especially now.
I appreciate your comments. It is important that no Christian be taken in by this Devil’s work.
Interesting when you think about how Jesus said that when He returns, one of the SIGNS would be that - “it will be like in the days of Noah”.
