Just some sticklers regarding the post.
1. She’s not an acting judge, she’s a talking head presenting opinion and commentary. The title is misleading. Using the words “Judge” and “Indictment” cannotes or imparts some sort of official imprimatur when in fact, the Honorable Judge Pirro is merely presenting her opinion.
2. It’s not Treason. It’s Misfeasance and Nonfeasance, those are enough to warrant removal from office. The charge of treason though is laughable. It actually diminishes the offense by totally overcharging for a crime that is virtually unprovable.
It’s like a DA charging somebody for Murder 1 because somebody slipped on a banana peal they tossed on the side of the road, it’s negligent manslaughter.
3. I’m not a fan of the Honorable Judge Pirro. She’s over the top and erodes the credibility of Fox News and conservatives in general, but I still prefer Fox News. Just not some of Fox New’s talking heads such as the Honorable Judge Pirro.

Whatever the charge, you need two thirds of the Senate.
If I were in the Senate, bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia would warrant removal. No need for Benghazi. (Hopefully, removal would have been effected before Benghazi could have happened.)
A high crime or misdemeanor is whatever a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate says it is. No need for SCOTUS (except to count the votes while wearing an extra-fancy judicial robe).

I love her. She may be a little “over the top”, but she isn’t afraid of Obama, unlike so many in the media these days. Love Michelle Malkin for the same reason. They don’t back down.

I haven’t had any problems with Michelle Malkin and enjoy her columns often enough to check them.

Her highest title is in fact Judge, I think in the Superior Court of NY, and just like Congressman, Secretary, General and all the others are like attaining a title of Professor. One needs not to be presently acting in the capacity of their title but it is common courtesy that their highest public title attained, be their title.
So your initial start out of the gate shows you have some sort of personal axe to grind and that is your right. But with that said, you keep piling on with your opinion and in such, she is just as entitled to express hers as you are yours. It seems your problem is that she has a bigger soapbox to do it than you.
I gave up on Fox before the last election when it was apparent to me that they were nothing more than an alter voice to the Democrat establishment MSM for the Republican establishment, but I repeat myself.
Fox has every right to put out what they think are in their best interests, but I find it in my best interests to not watch them because I feel they are not an honest player, just like the rest of the MSM.
So, again, just what is it that has gotten between your dentures and your gums?

The correct title for a retired Judge is the Honorable Judge so and so.
She is in fact not an acting Judge and people shouldn’t be representing her as one, such as the title of the Opinion pointer.

Treason is a very specific crime. In fact it is the only crime defined in the US Constitution. (I think).
Wiki has a good enough excerpt about Nonfeasance, Misfeasance and Malfeasance:
Misfeasance is the willful inappropriate action or intentional incorrect action or advice.
Malfeasance is the willful and intentional action that injures a party.
So yes, Treason is an over the top charge. Why do I care? Because conservatives that bandy the word treason about scurrilously give conservativism a bad name and reputation.
So if you want to be heard, speak clearly, concisely and correctly. The Opinion pointer failed on all 3 counts.
