Apologize to Jim Robinson.
A 110 % BUMP!
“Conservatives don’t fall for conspiracy crap”
Then please tell that to all the Alex Jones worshipers on FR.
Exactly where did I ever tell the owner of the forum to “get lost”? I remember saying that I had already had people look at the evidence in the video before I posted it anywhere.
I bet you won’t get gagged for hijacking this thread. Some animals are more equal than others I guess.
My posting in this thread was to let the poster of this thread know that though there would be a big stink by people “concerned” about how crazy it is to think that the regime is a criminal enterprise, still there are people who disagree with the stinkers - but they will probably stay somewhat quiet because everybody knows that certain stinkers here have special status with the people in power and only have to run and tattle and then the normal people here will be gagged.
It just means that the conversations are dead rather than lively, because people don’t feel they can speak candidly. Sort of the same effect as the PC stuff all around us everywhere else, only it’s crept in here too. It makes the place less than it could be. If a person didn’t understand the process and dynamics they could get pretty discouraged, which is generally the purpose for the techniques that the regime uses to oppress people.
Some of us had hoped it would be different here. Had thought for a while that it WAS different here.
Guess that means no.Am I an Animal-no.Do I have a record of your insulting posts to Our Jim Yes.
More secrecy just guarantees more questions, more theories. Holding the public in contempt earns the contempt of the public. Hope Judy raises the two thousand, keep us posted please.
‘Our Jim’
Puke. Like you think he’s not capable of looking out for himself. You didn’t follow posting rules. Does he know you are making demands on his behalf?
OFF TOPIC.
And aren’t you tired of flogging a dead horse?
And while you are at it, you might try to translate your previous comment to me into English. I'm still wondering what you meant by that. You see, it works this way: when you criticize others, they return the favour.
Our beloved Jim.Kinda like that better.
I am not afraid of you Fred Nerks , don’t threaten me.
Show me the threat. Repeat it for me. I wouldn’t want anyone to miss it.
Anyone who is posted overseas and has access to Armed Forces Network knows that the military has taken a turn for the worse. All the PSAs are about 1. sexual assault, 2. suicide prevention, or 3. drug abuse. Every advertisement for family services must include a photo of a same-sex couple. I forget if we are in Asian-Pacific Islander month or Hispanic Heritage month. The commanding generals do cutesy PSAs with Elmo or singing karaoke. Generals Patten or McArthur would puke if they watched for five minutes.
I spent a few hours today reading through the comments BP2 made in relation to the Lakin fiasco. Well worth the time. He said pretty much what butter had to say, just used different language and was able to define just who in the military he was critical of. BP2 was extremely eloquent. And not as emotional. I was tempted to bring some of HIS 2010 comments to this thread, but decided against it, because it isn't information or enlightenment the critics are after, it's blood they want.
In Honduras, Zelaya was ousted by the Military after overstaying in the Presidential Mansion in spite of having served the Constitutional term limit. It seems there were no provisions in the same Constitution for removing a president from office who refused to leave.
In Egypt, Morsi was removed by the Military with popular support.
It isn't the best option, but there have been times when it was the only option.
Stopping a rogue POTUS might require the same, but only as a last resort. It is not a step to be taken lightly.
The book 47 Ronin touches on this as well. Even though it is fiction, it has some basis in history.
While it is convenient to have someone else swoop in and save the day, in the end we are all responsible for doing everything in our power to stop the criminal acts of this regime, long before we can call upon those in the Military to imperil their lives and careers to throw out officials the American People elected, even if the majority of those people regret doing so.
Unless there is blatant evidence of treason or other violation (ordering troops against the American People, for instance), anyone in the military who would consider such a step has to know they would do so with the full support of the Nation, and that the civilian courts would agree with their action, otherwise, it is they who would be in the dock for treason.Even if they performed flawlessly with no loss of life and did the task with that full support, it is likely their careers would be over in a nation which holds high the precept that the military is subservient to the civil authority. It is not a step to be taken lightly.
Butter, you do some fine work. The situation is frustrating. Don't get carried away by that. We have to prove beyond what any fair person would consider a reasonable doubt that the corruption exists, and that is tough. It must be so tight that even a liberal would convict if the names were redacted. (you'd have to do that because at the first scent of their 'messiah' they'd swoon and all bets would be off). All things in good time, the history books aren't written yet. Remember, our military folks have a lot on the line, too, Keep in mind who changed the ROE and how the casualties rose (in Afghanistan), and you get the picture.
