Patriots Hotline Founder: We're Forming a Human Chain to Stop Illegals

Militia members and other concerned U.S. citizens are converging on the border town of Laredo, Texas, on Friday to create a blockade against illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, the organizer of the human chain and protest said on Newsmax TV's "MidPoint."

"This will continue for days and weeks to come" and spread "to other points" along the U.S.-Mexico frontier, Barbie Rogers, founder of the Patriots Information Hotline, said in a telephone interview from Laredo.

"We are trying to contact every person and every patriot in the United States to go down and help do something the government should have done a long time ago," Rogers said.

As for whether blockaders are carrying firearms, she said, "The situation these men are walking into — they have a very good possibility of being shot by the drug cartels down there, the gang members down there and also by our own government down there."

This whole exercise is pointless because, border security isn’t this issue. The government could build a wall, fly drones all around, mobilize the national guard, do whatever, but none of that will slow the flow. They area South of our border is full of failed socialist states and as long as people can come to the US and get jobs, drivers licenses, earned income credits, free education, in state tuition, free medical care and who even knows what else they will still come.

Add to that the Mexican Federales. It's out of control and will take extraordinary measures to bring into control and unfortunately a human chain is not one of them.

• Deport illegal aliens on contact with LE, federal/state/local
• Enforce the law vigorously on employers of illegals and with severe penalties
• Strong border security. Build the physical fence and use high-tech surveillance
• Eliminate entitlements for illegal aliens, e.g. no tuition assistance or DL. Nothing beyond emergency care, followed by deportation
• End the "anchor baby" policy
• Illegal entry forfeits any chance for citizenship ever

These guys will be arrested on some B.S. charge like obstruction of official business or trespassing on federal property. Obama will tolerate NOTHING in the path of this train of humanity.

It's going to be 102 in Laredo the next week. Unless people are used to those kinds of Temps, they will not last long.

In my TX town, a company from MN was the low bidder for sidewalks. When the temps got into the high nineties, the MN trucks, and fair skinned workers evaporated. I noticed the replacement workers, probably from San Antonio, all Hispanic, were not bothered by the blazing temps of summer.
