Asked the MSNBC host, "What's your response to the Washington Post editorial that said that the president's frustration with Congress 'doesn't grant the president license to tear up the constitution'?"

No, hw wipes his bum with it then burns it.
....Or rip it apart.
Has anyone contmeplated going after federal employees that implement Obamas illegal executive order? If i were in charge of the House or Senate I might consider issuing a warning that any federal employee that violates the laws on the books will be held accountable after all of this shakes out.
It would be interesting to see if some employees refuse to follow Obama and are reprimanded by their superiors. How the Gov. could justify disciplining them when they were simply following the law would be interesting to see play out in a courtroom. Conversely, any employee punished someway by congress for following an illegal obama order could sue but would have to admit they broke the law and followed orders instead.
It didnt work for the Nazis, so there is precedent
Early this morning, I watched local news coverage of the immigration story; it was downplayed—it didn’t really mean much, other presidents did it, the American people were not interested, etc. A Drudge headline had McConnell saying there would be more dead immigrants. If that is his only objection, this man is brain dead.
If you like your Constitution you can keep your Constitution.
Would not surprise me if some Americans who are LOCKED and LOADED are going to take out a few illegals themselves out of RAGE and FRUSTRATION.
Other presidents had congressional approval.
Barrack is NOT America’s worst nightmare.
America’s worst nightmare is to realize, after more than 200 years, that the Constitution is only a workable document if all three branches of government partake in its execution.
The Legislative Branch is sorely wanting.
And WHY is THAT?
Barack!
Wonder if the new world order means world wide socialism to keep people under control?.
I assume McConnell was referring to illegals being caught out in the deserts beyond rescue. My point is that allowing Obama to deconstruct the country is on an entirely more important level.
But the executive order is "do not initiate deportation proceedings." How do you even know that a federal employee didn't do something?
(Actually, not doing something is the normal state for a federal employee...)
McConnel should simply announce Republicans have a 10 point plan that they will introduce a day after the new congress is in session.
Let Obama say “too late.”
McConnel should simply announce Republicans have a 10 point plan that they will introduce a day after the new congress is in session.
But...Obama will have to wait for it to see what is in it.
Obama studied the Constitution the same way the Orkin Man studied entimology - to learn new and better ways to destroy the subject.
i think the plan is that green cards will be issued. issuing a green card when the candidate does not meet the legislated requirement is “doing” something. simply not deporting them is what is going on now. and if thats all this is then there is no need for an executive order, nor a big announcement ceremony.
