I will eat less junk food with high carbs such as pretzels, potato chips, donuts, Doritos, rice, white bread, pasta made from refined flour.
My weight will drop, blood sugar levels will drop, blood pressure will be closer to normal, and my golf scores will drop!

Last year I quit smoking, drinking, swearing, chasing wild women, overeating.......... it was the longest 20 minutes of my life.

Great list. Thanks for sharing!
FWIW circa 1987 I did make a resolution that I have kept lo these many years. I decided to look up every word in the dictionary that I wasn't certain about the definition.
Then I bought a writer's thesaurus. Pretty much the best two moves of my adult life.
If I could only find another word for "thesaurus."
A prosperous and peaceful New Year to all.

Here’s one for you IHS. The last four years of mine were plagued with 2 hip replacements and 1 knee. I did everything right too. Perfect weight and weekly gym visits. Now the other hip is being replaced. What are the odds?
My resolution to all of you is to be grateful of the lives and health you have. Give back! No... I’m not a bullshit lib!
