Burn the platforms of both the terrorists and the cowardly politicians who refuse to name them--and do it ASAP
It’s not the cheering audience, including children who cheered the torching death of Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh on big screen in de facto ISIS capital Raqqa headquarters, that’s the worst problem, it’s the politicians and mainstream media whose futile angry words rush in to immediately fill the vacuum after the slaughter of each and every ISIS victim.

Words will not stop Islamist terrorism on the rampage, only action will.

There’s nothing like the smell of napalm in the morning. I hope that Jordan saved some of those bombs to use on IS compounds.
Looking back over WW II, the Korean War, Vietnam, Gulf War I, the Bosnia War, Gulf War II...if you turn the Air Force and Navy loose....they bomb the heck out of the bad guys and entire cities can be laid to waste if you need to emphasize a point.
We’ve finally come to an enemy with no leadership, no Constitution, no central banking system, no owned electrical utility, and no water filtration system. We’ve also come to an enemy who believes God ordered them to do something. And we’ve come to an enemy has no problem in handing a eight-year old kid a rifle or pistol to kill advancing US Marines.
Until you establish who is in charge and just start killing the first 500 guys on the chain of leadership....nothing much is going to change. Long-run in this case? A thirty-years war (remember 1619?). You might want to go back and review the results of the Thirty Years War and why it fits into today’s circumstances so easily. It was also about religion, what God said to do, and massive civil war with huge numbers of people dead.
