A Virginia Tech student has announced that he will be petitioning the college to change the historic War Memorial Chapel into a Mosque because of perceived “oppression” of Muslims.
Posting on Facebook, the student outlined his plans on the Virginia Tech class of 2018 page. Screenshots were taken by a member of the group and the students’ names have been hidden to keep them anonymous.
The student believes that converting the Church into a Mosque will “play an essential role in improving the campus:”
Explaining why he believes this to be true, the student explained, "having a chapel in the center of campus oppresses other minority religions. Since Muslims are oppressed due to Americans being mostly racist (especially here in the south) there should be a mosque there specifically:"

As a VT alumni I will keep an eye on this.
I suspect it is nothing but “twitter-bragging”, but one never knows.
I will certainly not sit by and let that Chapel be converted to a mosque without a fight.

Well this person certainly missed out on an undergraduate education. If the lack of a mosque is “oppressive” and discriminatory they should have chosen a school without a chapel or with a mosque. Moron. But then of course they aren’t really a moron. They’re following the blueprint for taking everything over.
My husband, a pilot, was deadheading in first class on a plane that was delayed by a late passenger. When he finally got on and the hosties gave him some flack about delaying the flight even more by not getting off his phone, he started screaming at them that he was trying to decide which city to buy. IIRC, it was Minni or Pittsburgh. (He was a muslim). He didn’t mean a ticket either. He meant buy the city. That was way back around 2005. Of course we know now they’ve also bought D.C.
Dumb kid oughta go to UT-Arlington (locally known as UT-A, or “University of Ten Americans”) if we wants to be surrounded by muzzies.
Kind of like the university my daughter went to I dubbed UNWM- University of No White Males.
