A high school freshman was arrested in connection with the killing of a man walking his dog last week in Philadelphia’s Overbrook section. A second teen, who police say actually pulled the trigger, is still on the loose.

A second 15-year-old, Tyfine Hamilton, fired the shot that resulted in the death of the 51-year-old husband and father, said Clark. He's still at large and considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Nobody was waking up, and nobody was realizing that they are being killed off just so bureaucracy in Stalin's secret police could get promotions. The normalcy bias - that inner belief that "such a thing cannot happen to ME" - stops the people from realizing that a huge problem is gathering up. The sheep refuse to believe that wolves exist.
So the answer to your question is simple: "not any time soon." Each murder like this will be "an isolated incident," and the dots won't be connected. This is because they can't take the truth. And the truth is simple: there are several generations of people in this country that are a waste, and more are born and "raised" every minute. Can they be "repaired"? Well, nobody wants to ask that question. Per Obama, Sharpton, and their ilk, there is nothing wrong with "his people."

Like Till who was murdered for disrespecting a white man in Mississippi in 1955 for wolf whistling at his wife, this white guy “disrespected” the black thug by walking his dog on a public street.

That's right. You could be carrying a concealed Uzi, and someone a couple of feet away from you with a lead pipe or knife or whatever is going to mess you up bad.
Rule Number One is situational awareness.
That very statement is fully applicable to a significant percentage of US population. They refuse to arm themselves, and they refuse to see the world as it is. Their problem: the world is not politically correct and does not conform to their beliefs - therefore the world can't be like this; something must be wrong with neighbors who are robbed and killed.

It would be okay if they took them on a deep sea boat ride and they never came back. Put a weight on them and drop them deep in the ocean. They don’t deserve any better.
