What's Wrong with Carly Fiorina? PLENTY!
Reaganite Republican ^ | 22 September 2015 | Reaganite Republican

Failed (would-be) politician Carly Fiorina has long bought-into the worldwide left's power-and-tax grab known as 'climate change'. Regardless of what she says now, 'Carly' directly supported the US cap-and-trade program promoted by John McCain. And it wasn't that long ago at all she was still yammering-on about it.

She has actually worked closely with despicable RINO McCain, appearing at public events/rallies in support, then becoming economic advisor to his
(also failed) presidential campaign.

Fiorina's own stump speeches -when she was running for Congress in 2010- betray an affection for federal Common Core educational standards
(which she now claims to oppose): 'Internationally benchmarked standards and assessments help ensure our students graduate high school prepared with the skills necessary to succeed in our 21st century economy.'

Carly spoke in support of the Wall Street and auto bailouts. She is on record as saying she wants more government intervention in the housing market.

Fiorina has a shameful history of working with and supporting abhorrent shakedown artist Jesse Jackson:

'In the past 40 years, there are very few people who have used their talent along lines of excellence to achieve more things for more people in more places than Reverend Jackson. And we are all better off for his leadership
... He very graciously came to the offices of Hewlett Packard to visit me, because we were doing some work together for his Rainbow Coalition.'

Carly Fiorina's rhetoric on immigration as of late has been all-over-the-road, but she did publicly support the 'Gang of 8' comprehensive reform bill
(which included amnesty).

Carly still supports limited amnesty under the DREAM Act and told Joe Scarborough that she favored granting legal status to adults already in the country (illegally)- which of course leads inevitably to citizenship.

As soon as Trump announced his immigration platform, Fiorina responded by stating that she opposes closing the birthright citizenship loophole. She's on record dismissing the issue a 'distraction' (just like the GOPe told her to.)

She opposes deporting illegals- period.

Fiorina opposes a constitutional amendment to reverse SCOTUS'
extra-constitutional
 legislation-from-the-bench re. federal marriage 'rights'
for gay couples.

While Carly was CEO at Hewlett-Packard, the company intentionally
-and perhaps criminally- circumvented sanctions to do business with Iran, selling them million$ in high-tech gear, services, and software.

She has also spoken out against efforts to defund Obamacare.

Alas, this overrated (at least this week) RINO tool stooped so low as to demonize Ted Cruz as a 'flamethrower' in her criticism of his brave, principled anti-Obamacare filibuster...

NO way- not this one.

Fiorina is taking the tack to defend her experience in the business world, saying she's proud of her (failed) track record. Haven't we heard enough of similar defenses of/by Obama & Hillary & Kerry?

Reverend Jackson. And we are all better off for his leadership...

I guess she doesn't realize that neither he nor Al are Reverends. Indeed, Al was "ordained" by a DC preacher at age 10. Neither has completed divinity school, had a church, or had a congregation, yet both perpetuate the lie.

This misses out her close supportive relationship with the Clinton's over the last decade. She joined Hillary's Vital Voices Foundation shortly after getting kicked out of HP, and while on the board, Hillary was given the Global Trailblazer award. Her effusive praise and declarations of respect for Hillary are quite extensive.

Later she supported the Clinton Foundation' and its Clinton Global Initiative, sharing the stage with Bill at their big event in Colorado in 2014.

Her attacks on Hillary are purely strategic.

She neglected to refuter he own company and foundation with state and federal authorities.

She criticizes Trump for contributing. Did she or her foundation receive compensation from the Clintono?

An audit of Lucent (where Enron type bookkeeping was suspected) and her own companies/foundation should have been completed years ago

Fiorina's sudden jump in the polls is all on account of the media hype surrounding her candidacy. Completely arbitrarily, she was declared the "winner" of the second-tier August debates by establishment media, and we were told that she "won" the most recent round of debates. If people keep hearing she's the best and top of the back, some are bound to believe it and jump on board her bandwagon.

Now, that raises the question of why the media are promoting her. The Republican establishment wants to use her as a foil against Trump - i.e. an establishment candidate who can maintain the pretense of being an "outsider" like Trump because of a business background, but who represents no threat to the RNC's agenda, as the article outlines. Liberals promote Fiorina because they want somebody unelectable to run against Hillary.

Hmmm, Reaganite??? “Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.”

I’m not saying I support Carly but I understand that she went along to get along. She tacked left in CA but it’s freakin’ Kalifornia. She wasn’t stellar at HP but she was also not the Boogyman and heck Trump ran 4 ventures into Bankruptcy. I don’t see those ex employees trolling websites day and night trying to discredit him.

Showing up with the Clintons elevated her name recognition and perhaps showed some middle of the road Dems they could get behind her. Trump is not much different from Carly in that respect.

Just saying there is to much piling on. Until she moves closer to the #1 spot there is little to be concerned with and we can all be more like Reagan. FWIW, 2x Reagan voter.

I think there’s an exception when it’s a Clinton supporting RINO.

No thanks to FioRINO!!! She is bad news. And, she tries to attack Trump for his Clinton donation/wedding invite.....ha! she’s given a few speeches and attended fundraisers WITH the Clinton’s. What a hypocrite Snarly is.

Attending some kind of fund raiser with a Clinton is one thing. Giving money to a Clinton is another. Did Carly give money to Clinton for use in campaigning? Trump did and I’d hardly call it an attack. So where’s the outrage with Trump? Not saying there should be but it does seem to be a double standard.

I think we can all agree Trump is not a conservative and he greased the skids with both parties. Having had to work around unions I understand the necessity of it.

Trump has cleary, and repeatedly, explained his donation to Hellary...as well as donations to ALL candidates.

The double standard is that Snarly claims to be against Iran, yet sells millions of $$ of HP equipment to them.

Snarly claims to be against Hellary, yet has stated she’d of supported her in 2208, if she wasn’t working for McCain.

Snarly tries to smear Hellary, but gives speeches with/for Clinton Foundation and helps fundraise with Hellary AND sits on the board of one of the Clinton Foundation offshoots.

Got it? That hopefully clears up the *double standard* difference with FioRINO.

Btw, is that you Carly? Just wondering.

Carly donated to John McCain...but no proof (yet) that she donated to any Democrat. Still....
