Whether one supports Carson or not, what is going on in this WaPo article is obvious. You have a brilliant black man who, in the view of the left, has dared to wander off the plantation and they are going to make him pay. It’s pretty much the same thing they did with Sarah Palin. She was a successful woman but since she wasn’t a liberal they felt compelled to destroy her.

I asked a frat brother what I could major in that didn't require a foreign language and had a lot of attractive co-eds in the classes, and he said "Try the Journalism School".
A survey course in journalism led to one assignment that required us to create an advertisement. That led to two degrees in journalism/advertising and a successful career in the ad biz.

Absolutely correct. What is disheartening is there is a substantial number of “conservatives” willing to join the Left in the take-down of Ben Carson.
Any conservative of faith will be systematically ridiculed and destroyed by the Left and the GOPe. Policy positions don’t matter, competence doesn’t matter, personal integrity doesn’t matter.

His books and statements will “take him down”. There are some fanciful claims that do not pass the smell test.
If you leave out this amusing look at his George Washington legendary past, he has taken actual positions that are troublesome. Would you prefer those be examined instead of this?
