Maybe we should just designate to each party 4 or 8 years in the White House.The big elections will be saved for Congress who exercise their power of funding. Foreign policy will be run by the military. SCOTUS should have a mandatory retirement to cut down on croaking. Substance is now missing. It's all about style and gift-of-the-gab flash. Clinton had it but he was an accomplished Gov. Enough of this crap. We are being played like a fiddle.

If Cruz was “Done” I think the trump fans here would be partying and offering conciliatory posts in a “good game” sort of way. Instead we have nearly complete panic on the trump side.
Cruz isn’t done yet and even trump knows it. Otherwise I don’t think he would go after Heidi.
Only if the Cruzers pout and don't show up to vote on election day.

What rule changes are you referring to? The thing is the rules as they stand right now says 1237 votes are needed.
Some delegates are unbound and can vote for who they want (this is a state by state issue). Then delegates are unbound in different rounds (once again state by state).
Trump and Cruz need to work the delegates. They will have a lot of supporters in the delegate ranks. So they need to wheel and deal to come out on top.
But don’t worry if you’re a Trump supporter this is a great opportunity for him to showcase his magical deal making abilities. Those same ones that will get China to change its business practices and Mexico to pay for the wall. Surely Trump can get some dumb GOP hacks to vote for him if he can do the other things he promises.
