Trump Did Not Leak Cruz Sex Scandal Story (He Would've Done So BEFORE The Utah Primary!)
3/26/16 | Me

It's ridiculous to think Donald Trump leaked the Cruz Enquirer story or had anything to do with leaking it. If he did, the Trump campaign would have been strategic and leaked it to the Enquirer BEFORE the Utah Primary, in reaction to Mitt Romney's GOPe fascism.

Just so you know, eminent domain is in the constitution itself. Govt has the right to take property for public use and public benefit (such as roads.) The issue is, how far should eminent domain go. Trump, or any contractor for that matter, may want to push it take it as far as possible. It is up to the govt to say no.

I’d rule almost nothing out along those lines.

Did they just get it all ready to go now? I don’t know.

Were they sitting on it waiting? Could be. I don’t know.

I’ve pretty much said all I want to. The rest would be speculation.

This will play out now. We’ll see how it goes.

This wouldn’t have had the exposure and uproar it has had if Cruz would have simply had no comment other than to say he doesn’t put any credence in a tabloid article and that they should retract it.

But NOOooo, he came swinging out of the gate blaming Trump.

This now has more exposure and shelf life that it would have had.

Cruz has been the most vocal critic of Mitch McConnel in the Senate while Trump was funding McConnell's anti-Tea Party candidates.

You can resort to your failed birther theories as well and they have all been shot down by all the state courts.

If you want to talk about a major flip-flop, then tell me why Trump once supported the dismembering of babies in the womb and now expects us to believe that he changed because of this:

“Friends of mine years ago were going to have a child, and it was going to be aborted. And it wasn’t aborted. And that child today is a total superstar, a great, great child. And I saw that. And I saw other instances.”

There is something strange about the joined at the hip Cruz I& Beck thing. It may have to do with money/funding, but Ted does what Glenn wants him to do with him, from going to the border to "WELCOME, WITH OPEN ARMS" the damned ILLEGAL ALIEN HORDE, to taking a fake presidential oath of office on a compass, of all things, and who know what else?

OTOH, Levin suddenly went bonkers on Trump. His fiance's son works for Cruz, which he finally had to admit, on his show, when this was made public by others.

Rush completely lost it, I refuse to EVER listen to him again! I have listened to him since '89, but when he started trashing very nice callers, just because they supported Trump...that was it for me and I haven't listened to him for months.

Only in the same way Karl Rove works for Ted Cruz. (Jeb is a given.)

Cruz also won the Heller case that overthrew the D.C. handgun ban.

Teddy is a hired gun; aka smarmy lawyer. He will take money to represent anyone including Chinese Communists. He lost the appeal. He represented Pfizer Drug co who was found guilty of overcharging a hospital and health group. He lot again. He is a LOSER and now an allegedphilanderer. Great Christian, that Teddy Bare!

Cruz in private practice:

While at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Cruz represented Pfizer in a lawsuit brought by a group of public hospitals and community health centers who accused the drug manufacturer of overcharging. The Supreme Court eventually threw the case out.[71] Shandong Linglong Rubber Company was found guilty of marketing versions of tires that were based on blueprints stolen by a former employee of a Florida businessman and ordered to pay $26 million to the Floridian. Cruz worked on the Chinese company's appellant brief. The appeals court denied the appeal and affirmed the jury's award.[72] Cruz represented drug manufacturer B. Braun Medical Inc. in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit after the company was found guilty of wrongfully discharging a former employee. Cruz asserted that she had failed to prove that B. Braun had directed her to violate the law and that she had not presented sufficient evidence that her refusal to violate the law was why she had been fired. The appeals court rejected Cruz's argument and affirmed the $880,000 award.[72] Cruz represented Toyota in an appeal to the Texas Supreme Court in an statute of limitations case, where a judge wanted to investigate Toyota for contempt after a former Toyota in-house lawyer accused Toyota of unlawfully withholding documents in a product liability case.[73] Cruz unsuccessfully argued the judge's jurisdiction expired thirty days after the case was dismissed following an out-of-court settlement -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Cruz

VOTE FOR THE WINNER. VOTE TRUMP!

In the landmark case of District of Columbia v. Heller, Cruz drafted the amicus brief signed by the attorneys general of 31 states, which said that the Washington, D.C. handgun ban should be struck down as infringing upon the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Cruz also presented oral argument for the amici states in the companion case to Heller before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Exactly right. Before Iowa. Say, you know what triggered the release of Cruz’s floozies? Bet is was Trump’s excellent Israel speech! GOPe got scared that Trump is even BETTER than we think he is.

I sure am not seeing any 'benefit' for Trump to have been behind this exposure on Ted. Just look at the die-hard Cruz supporters. For months the die-hard Cruz supporters wanted to talk about Trump's wild life style that Trump apparently was quite open in the telling... Personally, I am NOT interested in either man's so called conquests.

These church ladies lapped up like dogs taking in water over every salacious detail of Trump's sinful past. Yet, it does not bother them that ol Teddy pretending to be the man from God, on a mission to 'save' US, was doing the dirty himself. The willingness to blame Trump for the exposure of Ted's hidden life style is rather bizarre. There simply is no logic to their reasoning.

The GOPe does not like Ted, but they will use him, and he them for what is not in either party's interest. This is like an avalanche of which neither can control... Mutual self destruction... Ted and his campaign and the GOPe are no longer in control and gravity has taken hold of their mutual destruction..

I think the holder of the story is more than likely an individual(s) that were not necessarily motivate by anything more than to humiliate Ted... It could well be one of his women in need of money. Ted does tend to tick people off in his rise of self conceit.

REALLY ?

I do hope that Cruz DOES Trump; he'll lose and lose BIG TIME!

Ted is an IDIOT, an arrogant, pompous, little jerk who needs to NEVER hold any public office ever again.

He struck me as weird pretty much off the bat. Sundance’s posts have catalogued much of what I was sensing was wrong for years.

He signed an amicus brief along with a number of other state attorney generals.
That’s a long way from “winning Heller.”

I don’t agree. Cruz is in this for some payoff for his acting chops as the GOPe’s Tea Party spoiler.

Cruz isn't going to spoil Trumps chances and Kasich doesn't have a chance. The GOPe will probably spoil Trumps chances.

The GOPe attack on Trump is that he is not presidential.

It was proved wrong in Trump’s AIPAC (Israel) speech this week, very wrong. Trump was magnificent. So Trump’s AIPAC speech probably was the kicker for the GOPe Cruz team to release the scandal in a controlled environment, of their choosing.

All to make Trump seem ‘non presidential”.

For our review. Trump Very Presidential, Overly Presidential.
