Everyone has already voiced their astonishment regarding the complete disenfranchisement of approximately 1,000,000 registered Republican voters in the State of Colorado. It is clear that the Colorado Republican Party has no interest in the voice of their constituents.

As you have seen, the GOP is extremely proud of their achievement to privatize the selection of a presidential candidate for Colorado. They have published the list of Colorado delegates in The Denver Post and other sources. Many of you may have friends or neighbors on this list. You may wish to reach out and thank them (34 delegates + alternates) for eliminating the voice and the choice of their fellow Coloradans.
Saturday 2 April 2016: District Conventions for CD 1 in Littleton and CD 6 in Aurora. Distict Caucuses choose the 6 National Convention Delegates (3 in each of Colorado's District) along with the district's delegates to the Colorado State Republican Convention.

This crap has been going on for a long time, getting more corrupt all the time, until now Donald Trump has blown the lid off and everyone can see. Now is the time for accountability - by all means necessary. Colorado patriots should make these phones ring 24/7 and fill Inboxes to overflow. These people aren’t hiding in their basements, and whenever they step out in public they should be questioned and their evil deeds exposed.
If you want this kind of America, just walk away and let it go on. We’ll soon be so far down the slippery slope there will be no return.
Today Limbaugh was making it sound like not having a vote is enshrined in the Constitution.
Likened it to the electoral college, Congress picking the president if there is a tie, etc.
Went on about we’re a republic not a democracy, so Trump is wrong to say anything about democracy.

When the Constitution was written, they did not envision the popular vote having any direct part in the presidential election. The voters would elect their state legislatures; the state legislatures would select the members of the Electoral College; the Electoral College would vote for President and Vice-president.
You are completely correct. The difference is that the communication of events travels like wildfire with the advent of twitter and the web.
Each one of those delegates has taken the place of 30,000 potential voters.
I quit listening to Rush a decade ago. He is too boring and slow to make his points. Way to repetitive for my taste.

I was trying to find some polling numbers from Colorado but none to be found. Odd.
And not even one delegate for Kasich. Odd.

Trump knew the rules or just didn’t think rules applied to him or else he really does not hire the best. And this continued fake rage will not convince anyone new to support him.
The so-called conservative champion likes crony politics.
The primary election is nothing like the Electoral College which is a much more proportional representation. Shoot, we have islands voting that we never knew existed. And they pay no taxes yet have higher delegate counts than some of our original states.
States are rewarded in the timeline of the primary election that typically pick losers and then they vote Democrat at the GE. The entire set up is geared towards controlling the outcome for the desired result.
You’re not going to find much in the way of polling in Colorado. Cruz would have likely done well there. But we will never really know.
Likewise, you will notice a lack of exit polling in states where ballot fraud was anticipated and very likely occurred. Maine is the best example.
Not odd at all. Everyone (except apparently the Trump campaign) knew there was no public vote, so what would be the point of trying to find out what the public opinion was?
Why wouldn’t it have been of interest to know whom the Coloradans preferred prior to a the CO delegate caucus?
Inquiring minds want to know?
Instead, we found out that the 65,000 or thereabouts caucus goers supported Cruz. That had impact on the delegate count. The opinion of Coloradans who decided not to caucus doesn't matter. It would be like polling the people in 2012 who stayed home and didn't vote for Romney or Obama. Mildly interesting, but 100% unimportant.
I’m WAY more bothered by the lack of polling in some states that haven’t voted yet. I try to model what might happen in the delegate count, but several states with primaries upcoming have either no polling data at all, or else very outdated data, in some cases several months old.
