Comey is a part of an administration that routinely violates existing laws.
Both chambers of Congress is just as inept because the most they do is hold hearing that never result in any action.
Like it or not, Hillary won.
Will voters punish her by voting against her? The election is still several months away. The media are expert at providing cover for Clinton.
FoxNews played clips similar to those in the new Trump ad — Comey contradicting several Clinton comments. Will anyone care by November?

Who were all the senders and receivers of emails to HRC that included the classified content feloniously stored on Hillary’s email servers - that everyone in the Administration were widely aware (Comey’s words) she was using?
Obama? Comey himself? Jarrett? Biden?
Perhaps the “grossly negligent” party in this was discovered to be BHO himself. Remember, early in his administration he had a Blackberry fetish too.
She's incompetent, except at avoiding prosecution and impeding investigations into her and Bubba's grifting.
Takes me back to the supreme court decision that rendered Obamacare perfectly legal as a tax. People tried turning that steaming pile into a biscuit too.

Fittingly enough, the US began its decent to a thoroughly corrupt banana republic with a Clinton, when a president obviously guilt of perjury and obstruction of justice was allowed to remain in office. Now the descent is completed with another Clinton, not only guilty as hell and left unpunished, but soon to be the president.
The brainless, gutless wonders known as republicans contributed mightily to the entire sad saga. In one or two generations max, the US will be a third world hellhole.
I've considered that possibility. We will never know what the purpose was behind his statement. But I really believe that this works in Trump's favor. If she were indicted the Dems would respond to any criticisms by saying "we need to let the system work." Now, they won't be able to lay that card on the table.
I also believe that it is likely that Trump will be ready to turn up the heat after the nomination. We don't want her so badly damaged that the Dems nominate somebody else. She really is, in my opinion, their weakest candidate. So, laying out all the evidence the way Comey did but refusing to recommend an indictment could actually the best outcome for the Trump campaign.
Comey may indeed be a coward, or his plan may be to let Hillary skate on the e-mails and soon bring the hammer down on her and Bill for the Clinton Crime Foundation...We shall see.
He certaily did not clear the issue up for her.
But he could have ended her presidential run if he had said “The FBI recommends criminal prosecution for the following violations of law ...blah blah blah”
That theory and $1.50 will buy you a cuppa coffee most places, other than sTARmucks. And that’s about as far as it goes, unless we see her doing a perp walk in an orange jumpsuit and leg irons.
After Comey’s act of treason re the criminal/traitor Clinton: Any so called friend or relative, who does not vote for Trump will get the treatment, we use with liberals:

Once in awhile a Cherokee (usually a male) would become so wrong-headed and incorrigible as to be labeled a “rogue”. After many tries to make the person reform, if there was not a return to acceptable behavior, he (or she) could be put ‘out’ of the clan.
After that shame, which left them vulnerable to any insult or adverse behavior without recourse, because they would have no claim affiliation and thus no relatives, the ‘rogue’ usually left all villages and lived alone in the woods. Having been made a ‘non-person’ was the ultimate fear of an adult Cherokee, and was the ultimate consequence, just short of being condemned to immediate death.
“Shunning” was the ultimate living insult, and sometimes the shunned person would commit suicide rather than live with such shame.
No, Comey is in FACT a coward. It is not the FBI's role to perform the investigation and then determine whether or not charges are warranted based on some new, magical standard of whether someone intended to violate the law. One either violates the law, or does not.
You and I don't get pulled over by the local Police for speeding, and then magically let go because we didn't intend to drive 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. No, the officer's job is to write the ticket and let a judge determine guilt or innocence in a court of law.
The FBI's role is to conduct CRIMINAL investigations, collect the evidence and then turn it over to the Justice Department for THEM to make the determination of whether or not charges were appropriate.
In this regard, Comey aided Loretta Lynch to avoid doing her job, which was to review the evidence and make the determination herself with co-counsel from within the Justice Department whether charges were warranted or not.
Comey's entire statement yesterday was a "Quick! Look over there!" moment where he usurped authority he did not have to deliberately circumvent the legal process.
In doing so, Comey (and the rest of the political elites in D.C. including that POS Paul Ryan who refused to do his job and charge Clinton in the House of Representatives with TREASON!) sent a clear and distinct message to you and I out here in every day America.
That message is simple: NYAH, NYAH! The laws don't apply to us, they apply to you little people!
They rubbed our noses in it, they're ALL laughing about it (Republican's and Democrat's alike) and we're all one step closer to tyranny.
My answer: Armed Insurrection against this corrupt Federal Government. Purge them all. Leave no legislator, judicial appointment or federal bureaucrat/employee behind.
