Trump and the Politics of Polling
Canada Free Press ^ | 10/15/16 | Jim O'Neill

Trump: They've betrayed our workers, they've betrayed our borders and, most of all, they've betrayed our freedoms

There’s something missing in the polling. There’s an avalanche of negative media coverage but still thousands rally for Trump.—Gov. Mike Pence “Pence: ‘There’s Something Missing in the Polling These Days’”

“There’s something awfully screwy going on around here.” Elmer Fudd

If you are still relying on the MSM for your “news” then you my friend have a very skewed idea of reality.

For example: after days, weeks, months of Trump’s record-breaking rallies in locations all across the nation, we are supposed to believe that Clinton leads Trump in the polls. Excuse me? What planet are these polls being taken on?

Political correctness is a very strong force in our country.

And the politically correct view, is that Trump’s support is among “blue collar” “angry white males”, etc.

And that also means, that many Trump supporters will be silent about it.

I move in social and business circles in which there is clear disdain for Trump. I keep quiet about politics and what I think of Hillary and Trump. As a management “white collar” type, with an advanced degree, nobody would think that I would vote for Trump. There may be many of us out there, ready to vote on election day.

Polling is like what happened in the 2014 midterms!

Thet kept thinking Democrats still had an Obama turnout model & they got creamed!

Great insight among management types about Trump. I do inspection work and most of the “educated” managers and supervisors I come across and have a chance to chit chat with have a dislike for Trump, but when I get out among the real working people it’s a stark contrast. Many of them clearly like Trump and understand what he wants to do for the country, and it cuts across all races. Obviously this is only anecdotal evidence. I couldn’t tell you how many of these people will actually vote for Trump, but I’ve been in a number of places lately all over the country, and I can make the simple assumption that among working class Americans Trump has a large following and is not as disliked as the MSM would want us all to believe.

I live in Vegas, heavy union. But most know who butters their toast. They don’t hate Wynn or Adelson.

I think the political leaders just look at working class people as lemmings who will follow whatever their unions tell them to do. That’s clearly not the case. The Democratic Party ought to change their name to the Tyrannocratic Party because they don’t believe in personal freedom. Everyone needs to be under their dictatorial control.

“Our Independence Day is at hand, and it arrives finally on November 8.”

It has a nice ring to it...I like it! Team Trump should make a 15 second ad with him saying just these words:

We will vote for the country we want. We will vote for the future we want. We will vote for the politics we want and we will vote to put this corrupt government cartel out of business.

They’ve betrayed our workers, they’ve betrayed our borders and, most of all, they’ve betrayed our freedoms.

Our Independence Day is at hand, and it arrives finally on November 8.
