Let’s say Qatar and the Saudis gave 40 million to the Clinton foundation and quietly pledged 40 million to the Obama foundation. Just throwing numbers out there, but 80 million is pretty damned cheap to create a coup against an enemy who is blocking a pipeline that would make you billions of dollars.
