A woman who accused Donald Trump of raping her two decades ago when she was a 13-year-old aspiring teen model has again dropped a federal lawsuit over the alleged assaults.
The accuser, identified in the lawsuit by the pseudonym "Jane Doe," was expected to appear at a news conference in Los Angeles Wednesday, but that appearance was abruptly canceled.
The lawyer who organized the event, Lisa Bloom, said Trump's accuser had received threats and was too frightened to show up.
In the most recent suit, Trump's accuser asserted that while she was exploring a modeling career in 1994, she attended a series of parties at the Manhattan home of prominent investor Jeffrey Epstein. She alleges that during those parties the real estate mogul tied her to a bed and raped her. She also claimed Epstein raped her during that series of gatherings
The accuser's lead attorney, Thomas Meagher of New Jersey, did not immediately respond to requests for comment. He filed a one-page notice dismissing the case Friday evening in federal court in Manhattan. No explanation was given for the action.
Bloom did not immediately respond to requests for comment Friday.

Unstable person IMO. Attorneys involved probably afraid to follow through due to possiblity of ethics charges. She supposedly had two witnesses, I’m betting they didn’t exist. They got the publicity however, just to smear Trump.
Accuser filed a suit representing herself in CA also. She gave a false address which was an abandoned house, and nobody was ever able to reach her at the phone number she gave. Judge dismissed the case, she did not drop it. Liberal media has been spinning the CA case as dismissed on a technicality, like filing false information with a court was just a minor error.
And her devil spawn, Bloom, too!
Now it says that she was all of 13 and was at a party given by Epstein, where Trump attempted to rape her, and finally that Trump; raped her on FOUR different occasions. None of this passes the smell test; especially since this "law suit" has been tried to be set up in at least 3 different states.

She claimed that she was getting death threats before her last news conference. Given this is Epstein, perhaps the Clintons had more concern about "discovery" taking place.
There was never a rape, probably not even a Jane Doe.

If you read up on the people pushing this story, it's a clown car of 3rd rate scammers, a former Jerry Springer Show producer with a long history of trying to shake down celebs and publicists hawking Doe's story for a million bucks.
They've been stringing the Dems and Never Trumpers along for the ride, fleecing them of money the whole time, giving out fake addresses and promises to appear and then absconding with fronted cash only to pop up weeks later somewhere else with a slightly different story to sell.
The only thing missing from the latest story is how much $$$ they took Lisa Bloom for.
If there was ANY merit to this joke of an accusation, Gloria Allred would have trotted out "Katie Johnson" in a huge press conference, along with the other string of discredited bimbos they paraded a couple of weeks ago. Mainstream media would have wet themselves with excitement. The fact this didn’t happen is proof right there that it’s a nothingburger. Case closed.
However, this pathetic story was so comical to me that I couldn’t resist doing a little digging. About 10 minutes was all it took until my sides hurt from laughing. The suit was thrown out in CA in May 2016 for a number of reasons, one of which was that the plaintiff's stated address turned out to be a vacant, foreclosed house she'd never lived in, and the phone number she gave was a stranger's. Far from being filed by "an indigent, unrepresented individual" the documents contained terms and other characteristics indicative of someone with legal experience.
Since having her lawsuit tossed out in CA, "Katie" picked up 2 backers: Norm Lubow aka “Al Taylor”, who is a former producer of The Jerry Springer Show, and a notorious conspiracy theorist with a long record of deception. The other is Steve Baer, a virulent Trump-hater. She also has an attorney, Tom Meagher, who took her on as a client after reading about her in a tabloid!
After Taylor persuaded Baer to contribute thousands of dollars to help “Katie” in her fight, the two of them turned on each other, and are threatening to sue each other. Meanwhile, “Katie” has never authoritatively been seen by ANYONE, even her own lawyer. There is much speculation that she does not exist at all, and the whole thing is a pitiful attempt to besmirch Trump, as his political opponent drowns in her self-induced cesspool of corruption, ineptitude, and crime.
