Hello America. Will someone, somewhere out there please pick up the phone and do something, anything, about Chicago, NOW? "The city is in CRISIS," repeat CRISIS, says former Police Commander Garry McCarthy who warns that Chicago is fast approaching a State of Lawlessness! His remarks, for a CBS "60 Minutes" feature which aired last Sunday, take on even more force as McCarthy was fired over visual reaction to a black man being shot. But the current commander, Kevin Duffin, said the kidnapping and torture of a helpless, young, special needs white man took place merely because "Kids Make Stupid Decisions."
And if that idiotic statement isn't enough to outrage the entire country, consider the comments from Second City Cop BlogSpot that is pointing out that neither Chicago Police Department brass nor rank and file want the Illinois National Guard to intervene! Recent highlights of the rank and file's meeting with HQ says, (HQ) "is OK with getting federal $$$, not with National Guard…not good for community relationships." And the police blog agrees "on no National Guard!" But the community getting tortured, raped, kidnapped, shot, killed in unbelievable and horrific crimes and criminal activity is OK? Hello, America.
Alt media and the internet are carrying the tears of human outrage, however, and their quick responses pulled this vision of Chicago as toilet of the country into a web war that finally brought about hate crime charges against four black perps who attacked a helpless human. When FB finally pulled it, the crime's graphics already had hit Drudge and had been downloaded many times on YOUTUBE. At 18 they can vote and serve in the military. They aren’t kids. They would have killed the victim if the neighbor hadn’t bravely resisted their attack. They are psycho-thugs and deserve life.

Sure...have a high wall built around the place, and then after "they" have killed each other all off, take it down. Problem solved.
A good start would be longer sentences to violent offenders.
The national guard are not police. They are not trained to handle criminal activities. They are trained to fight. This is using a hammer to remove a screw. They are the wrong tool.
Putting the national guard into Chicago is crying out for another Kent State. The only real solutions are to eliminate the causes, welfare and government policies that create fatherless feral children and Democratic political correctness. The city needs honesty and reality, not some bizarre, unrealistic “program” like midnight basketball or going door to door asking people not to kill each other. And the solution will take decades of work. Democrats will fight any solution tooth and nail as the current situation keeps them in power.
Chicago has gone back to prohibition days of mafia bosses, open killings on the street, crime and out of control corruption. A real shame because that’s all people think of when you say Chicago.
Just take away their internet. Shut down all the cell towers. Then go in after them.

Use the hammer to remove the screw. You're solution excerpted above will work, but it will take 20 to 30 years to be effective. Those already feral cannot be made non-feral without a good deal of force. Think of breaking wild horses. You can't just explain it to them. You need to mount them and ride them into the dirt.

It’s not fair to the hammer. We’ll put the Guard in harm’s way and then tie their hands with unworkable, but politically acceptable rules of engagement. The police can do the job effectively, but they can’t be in constant fear of what Photoshop and “Progressive editing” will do to them. The city, the politicians and the union and press need to support them. But that would require the presstitutes, the Democrats and the liberals in general to stop this divisive, destructive attack on reason and civilization. I don’t expect that will happen because that is where their power comes from.

Chicago IS what you get after the putting the democrats in control for decades. The torture of the White man illustrates the kind of people who populate Chicago: people with no conscience, no morals, no ethics, no feeling for other people; feral savages who are not fit to live in human civilization.
