Because they have hacked his comms and know he is going to decimate them... they are in panic mode. He will accept the oath and demand immediate resignation of all of them. Will have them immediately escorted from their offices by armed guards.
It is not the CIA. It IS the handful of people at the top who have been promoted since everyone in leadership with a nickel’s worth of integrity has quit or been fired by Obama!
