There’s a direct correlation between solar minimum and hurricane frequency and strength.
In consideration of the fact that there is ZERO scientific evidence that man directs the climate the answer is obviously NO.
Loaded question. Too many variables.
First of all, there is no man made global warming. So no answer is required to a stupid comment. Hurricanes are part of our weather system.

Hurricanes cause men to do things to increase Global Warming:
Start generators, drive their cars till they are out of gas, use excess power broadcasting endless weather reports, cause an increase in plywood manufacturing, expend above average energy and resources looting, cause increase in popcorn preparation for observers, ...

If it is it forgot to cause it all those other years that it was predicted that intensity and frequency were the the rise because of global warming.

The climate is always changing for many natural reasons. The real question is if we are causing it. That's the question they avoided asking.

Not just dumb, but ignorant since we haven’t had a hurricane season in 12 years. The question is a lie since it states there is an increase when there hasn’t been.
There should be a follow up question.
