Democrats Will Practice Anti-Catholic Bigotry Unless Shamed Into Submission
DB Daily Update ^ | 9.12.2017 | David Blackmon

University Leaders Call Out Bigoted Democrats. Will miracles never cease? – The presidents of Notre Dame and Princeton University wrote scathing letters to longtime anti-Catholic bigot Sen. Dianne Feinstein, after her inquisition of the religious beliefs of a Catholic Trump nominee for the federal bench. While it is wonderful that these two presidents finally, at long last decided to weigh in against the anti-Catholic, anti-Christian bigotry that has become part of the daily playbook of the Democrat Party on Capitol Hill, it is worth noting that this is nothing new, and that Sen. Feinstein has been plying her bigotry on the Senate Judiciary Committee for decades now. She is far from alone, carrying on a tradition established long ago by the likes of Howard Metzenbaum, Patrick Leahy and other Democrat Judiciary Committee members going back to at least the 1970s. So, welcome to the party, gents, but this one has been going on for a long, long time.

For those who haven’t read their Constitution in awhile, Article VI is pretty explicit on this subject: “no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” Any reasonable reading of the history of why this was included in the Constitution reveals that it was put there as a prohibition against the establishment of a state religion. But Democrats, mainly in their quasi-religious zeal to protect abortion on demand, in modern times have attempted to distort this into a literal prohibition of truly religious people holding public office. It’s ok for Catholics like Nancy Pelosi to hold high office, because they know she doesn’t really practice the teachings of the Church: her religion plays no role in informing her public policy postures.

Democrats are biased against Catholics; it’s true. They’re more biased against Evangelicals, per Palmieri’s emails via Wikileaks.

The vast majority of leftists are white atheists.

The vast majority of white atheists hate white Christians and Jews.

The vast majority of leftists have a death wish. Suicide by fill in the blank.

I watched Bannon the other night. Anti-Catholic bigotry appears to be a bipartisan trait in some people.

DemocRATs are not capable of being shamed. That would require a modicum of character. That’s something that they totally lack.

Bannon is Catholic.

He may have been born Catholic but his three divorces and recent comments certainly show that he left the church many years ago.

He’s in complete agreement with quite a few traditional Catholics here on FR. Charlie Rose seems to believe he’s Catholic, with no protest from Bannon.

Nevertheless, Bannon does not distort the doctrine of the Catholic Church, nor dispute the indissolubility of marriage, but deplores those who do.

His multiple marriages are not even all recognized by the Church and therefore do not preclude him from being fully Catholic, presently. Many circumstances we know nothing about alter presumption that he is not a practicing Catholic.

Most of the anti-Catholic bigotry on Capitol Hill is by Catholics! Look at the long list of abortion-loving Catholics who have infected our body politic for decades. When they die, they will no doubt be given an impressive Catholic funeral, officiated by the well-connected members of the clergy.

There is no wonder that people have little respect for what passes for catholicism in the U.S.

Seriously, every single “Catholic” school needs to be audited by a conservative religious order, with the idea of discovery and correction of heterodoxical and outright heretical and profoundly anti-Catholic practices.

For instance, what is the value in employing atheist and Muslim professors who perpetually preach hate and destruction of Christianity as a whole and Catholicism in particular?

Intellectual “diversity” has its limits. Such personnel should be seen as no different than avowed racists or zoophiles. No reason at all for them to even be allowed on campus, much less employed and paid by Catholic schools.

Won’t mean anything to Dianne Finestein. It wouldn’t mean anything to any democrat. They are thick-skinned when it comes to morality.

Dianne Finestein is only concerned about protecting the abortion vote, that’s all. She will do anything to protect the right to kill developing human beings. She’s a slob!
