The posts in the cyber universe all pointed to Roy Moore being destroyed quickly with the usual Democrat suspects joined by Republican Establishment point men Mitt Romney and John McCain calling for his end....
.. the destructive efforts seemed to pick up with Senator Tim Scott and on Monday Majority Leader Mitch McConnell piling on to say Moore must go.....
.... a rehash of the trashing of Donald Trump on sex related matters last year with the usual MSM and Democrat and Republican Establishment Never Trump suspects......
....It shows how desperate powerful forces are to destroy Judge Moore.
It also shows the importance of President Trump's intervention in the situation to support Roy Moore and now allow the witch hunting lynch mob from "the Swamp" have its way.
The Romney-McCain 'tip of the spear' call for Moore to drop out reminds me of what they did on behalf of the elite Corporatist interests in 2014 when they called on then Arizona governor Jan Brewer to veto a religious freedom bill to protect gay marriage dissenters......
...a coordinated assault that now puts the likes of left-wing hit lawyer Gloria Allred in bed with Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee.

Trump defend him? Hell, Bannon is missing in action. I’m afraid to say Moore is on his own.

Defending Moore is NOT the Presidents job although he COULD make a comment on Twitter to the “positive” for Moore.
I would defend Moore simply on the grounds that the moral/ethical qualifications for being a US Senator, up until now, are so low that these attacks on Moore MUST be about something else.
If Edward Kennedy, the “Lion of the Senate”, could be honored by his colleagues and by multiple Presidents, receive a high requiem Mass upon his death and be buried among actual American heroes, not JUST at Arlington Cemetery but in a SPECIAL, CONSPICUOUS MONUMENT THERE - well, none of them have the right to say “boo” about anything Judge Moore said or did 40 years ago.
Put that way, the whole thing is absurd.
He promised to campaign with Moore. You suggestion and his promise are both good ideas.
Frankly, it is high time to crush the Pedestal Brothers and incarcerate the spirit cooking fans.

As for Judge Moore, I do not believe a word of their allegations. Back then, any man would be nice and complimentary of women of any age, and nothing would be thought of it. But now, years later, his compliments were sexual advances and his pat on the shoulder was a physical advance.
If President Trump is smart, he'll not say/tweet a single word about this issue and stay out of it.
Given his tweeting history, I'm thinking the President has the right to remain silent on this issue, I'm just not sure he has the discipline to..........
Now you're just being silly. There are different standards for homosexual Democrats, pedophile Democrats, sexual abuser Democrats (Bill Clinton comes to mind here) and Democrats who leave their pregnant girlfriends at the bottom of a river.
Those same standards don't apply to Republicans, Conservatives (not the same as Republicans...) or Christians.

Any man? I disagree, there were plenty of creeps 30 years ago - but ladies are not putting up with it anymore. Not saying this is not all a big setup, but I cringe when I hear certain defenses of this man and his behaviors.
Who said anything about being a creep? At that time and age, you could say something nice about somebody without it being thought of as an advance or an attack.
Now, every single word has to be weighed and sorted, so that someone with an axe to grind doesn’t take it out of proportion.
There was a time when you got yelled at for opening the door for a woman, because it was sexist, so men stopped opening doors. And now women complain that men aren’t taught how to be gentlemen.
There was a time when you could compliment a young women or girl on her clothing and people didn’t think you were a pedophile on the prowl. But now, I keep my words to myself and watch where I go because some idiot will think the worst, not because I am trying to do something.
And the worst part is, now I watch who goes around my children for the very same reason. Because I do not know.

I agree, DJT can’t hop into this mess. By this time next week things will be clearer and I do hope Moore survives.
