I'm confident several intel agencies hacked Killary's email server. If just one agency did hack Hillary's server, then they have Killary's deleted emails. Those emails are US Gov't property and subject to archives.
Trump would have every legal right and the duty of upholding the nation's laws to formally request the return of US property (Killary's email) from Russia, Israel, England, China, japan and even the Norks.
