True. The “system” only works for people who are part of it. True outlaws like Antifa and BLM don’t respond to litigations, have no assets or homes to lose, and can’t be found when the time comes to pay up.

... and for those lurkers who can’t wait to vote thumbs down on such a concept, I submit such thinking (and subsequent action) is what is severely lacking on our side. If you’re thinking the Ministers of Propaganda would run away with this ambush as a some kind of ‘hate-crime’, that would be a clear win for our side as it would ensure the message would be sent (and received) to the other side.
I also submit one or several actions as described by JimRed would help keep our people safe in the long run as it would serve as an effective deterrent against future hostile actions.

WHAT?? So in addition to criminal assault and violating someone's civil right (Federal Charges) by (most likely) sucker punching him and attempting to strangle him, he also resists the cops and tries to put one of them in a headlock?
Throw this guy in the "Stupid Criminal" tank when they get him down to the precinct. I mean, suppose he really does get somebody in a headlock. What in the hell is he going to do then except maybe just hold on to him in a headlock? And look at how wide open he is for certain counter moves... I mean with the guys hands and feet like right there near his knees, ankles, and his crotch... and he's trying that on a cop who should have certainly learned how to deal with that in his first week in cop school, and might actually be carrying a small helpful cop knife?
