Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee late Saturday released a 414-page report in which the panel members say they found no supporting evidence for any of the allegations of sexual misconduct made against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh ahead of his confirmation.
“Committee investigators spoke with 45 individuals and took 25 written statements relating to the various allegations made in the course of the #SCOTUS confirmation process,” the Senate Judiciary Committee tweeted Saturday.
“The revelation of last minute allegations tested the committee in many ways. But these investigative efforts rose to the occasion and were critical to helping us obtain the truth. This was a serious and thorough investigation that left no stone unturned in our pursuit of the facts,” Grassley said. “In the end, there was no credible evidence to support the allegations against the nominee.”

Now the question is, will anything be done to prosecute Christine Ford for lying under oath?
We can not be held hostage to such blatant treachery that goes unpunished.
Once again, after all the fanfare, hoopla and media circus, the truth ALWAYS comes out but alas, too late and nobody is watching.
Justice Kavanaugh should sue this lying bitch and every other individual who libeled him, for their last cent. And they should be prosecuted fully.

Anyone who willfully makes false accusations of this nature should incur massive fines.
Serving suit isn’t that easy. It costs big money to lawyer up, and discovery can drag out unwanted skeletons.

I think the standard is it has to be proven that she perjured herself. Not having corroboration doesn’t meet the standard.
Have Feinstein and the rest of the Democrats apologized yet?
Can it be proved that she lied under oath. We know she did, but can it be proven, as opposed to misplaced memories?
I don’t believe Chuck Grassley referred that allegation to the DOJ.
He will take great joy in interpreting the Constitution along the lines of originality, especially when it comes to liberal cases before the Supreme Court.
And so will we.
Probably based on advice given. It is nearly impossible to prove that It was anything but bad memories, as opposed to outright lies.
We will take great satisfaction on Tuesday because of this.

Mueller said to follow the money for his own case, so why cannot this case be refered to the FBI?
It has happened that Law Enforcement has persuaded kids to accuse a relative of sex acts when the actual act did happen but with another person outside the family or more distant.
The question is who coached that nutcase
You can refer the case if you want, but where is the proof?
I get the desire for revenge and justice, but it still has to meet the minimal level of provable criminality before anything could be done. Since Grassley has referred three of the four to the FBI, he probably at least looked at to see if Ford could be turned over as well.
