Hillary Clinton yesterday EVADED a direct question from an interviewer as to her intentions about 2020. The TV interviewer question was this: "Can you tell me now standing here 100% that you've ruled it out?"
Hillary did NOT directly answer that question which required only a "yes" or "no" reply. Instead she said she IS not running. That is ClintonSpeak for "I am not running NOW but in the future I could/will run."
As you will see in this video, the Hillary Gollum MUST have her Precioussssss which was denied to her in 2008 and 2016.
She MUST have her Preciousssssssss.
