TRENTON, N.J. Anyone frustrated with Phil Murphys rocky, far-left first term in office and their fellow residents ambivalence to it wont be comforted by the results of a new Fairleigh Dickinson Poll.
According to the pollsters, one-third (1/3) of adults polled couldnt identify Phil Murphy as governor without prompting.

I won’t identify NJ as a state.
That’s because they’re STOOPID!
Didn’t he take over for Chris Christie?
If so, it’s not surprising that most don’t know him that well. Christie was a very bold, confrontational, busybody of a governor, with strong opinions on about everything.
That sort of politician is a natural attention magnet.
No, he is an empty suit. Most people I know probably could not pick Murphy out of a line up.
Yeah, and what’s really frightening is that half of those who can’t identify him probably voted for him - because he had a “D” next to his name and, well, that’s just what you’re supposed to do.......
That not how they elect democraps. They see a “D” and like Pavlov’s dog, drool out of stupidity and vote for the “D”.
100% of FR posters named ‘GuavaCheesePuff’ identify Communists as “Conservative Democrats.”
Yes, Murphy is absolutely an empty suit. The only thing more empty than his suit, is his skull. Hes one of those rich guys who ran for office because he didnt know what else to do, not because he gives a damn about the state or its people beyond how much more wealthy and powerful they can make him. Hes a thinner version of Jon Corzine, with even less personality, if thats even possible.
Might they have voted for Murphy, and did not know it?
Did someone at the USPS lose a bet when zip codes were implemented?
Hey, cut the crap, ok? We’re not all liberals here.
I’m a politically active resident of Michigan. I don’t have the slightest clue who our governor is. I can’t even tell you for sure which gender it is, or identifies as. I suspect it is a female, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t.
I have somewhat of an excuse for this. I voted in last November’s election, but then left early the next morning, and stayed away the whole winter. (That’s a wise option for those of us who are able.) I only learned enough news to know that my guy lost. Whatever the governor is, I have no interest. It’s a liberal loony, and no more information is needed.
Who?
Yes, I believe "The Democratic People's Republic of New Jersey" is now the correct term.
Maybe they think the D is an emoticon.
:D

My in-laws with whom I am visiting in Jersey this week are like this. This morning they are ragging on Trump for last nights speech. I was watching the speech and they were watching the Yankee game. Therefore I can only conclude they are saying this based on CNN, MSNBC and the Newark Star Ledger reporting.
I lived up in Convent Station and south in Hillsborough for 11yrs, and knew some good conservatives, so you’re right.
