Since California is in the Process of culminating and dispersing The BUBONIC PLAGUE to the Citizenry of California and ALL Visitors, the President would be well within his RIGHT to Declare a National Health Emergency and REMOVE the Governor as well as the Mayors from LA and Frisco and Appoint an Admiral or General to take over with the Military until the NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS is fixed.
