NEW YORK Hillary Clinton said the catastrophe of the 2016 election highlighted the importance of supporting local Democratic candidates from City Council to district attorney.
The former secretary of State delivered brief remarks to roughly 100 people at Arenas New York City Academy, described as a three-day boot camp for progressive campaigns. Arena, a political action group, was created by veterans of the Clinton and 2008 Barack Obama campaigns in the wake of the 2016 presidential election to train the next generation of Democratic candidates and campaign staff.
Clinton said her 2016 presidential bid unveiled the structural challenges Democrats face, from voter suppression to online propaganda issues she said will be front and center in the 2020 election.

Ive met with ... or talked with 18 or so of the candidates running and I told all of them that, based on my own experience, you could not only win the nomination, and you could win the popular vote, but not get the job because of all these other forces and activities at work, Clinton said of her conversations with Democratic presidential candidates.

Maker's Mark stock went up today.
“and you could win the popular vote, but not get the job because of all these other forces and activities at work, Clinton said”
The “popular vote” is meaningless.
You have to win a certain amount of “electoral votes”, honey.
That’s how presidential elections work in this country, but hey, at least you know that you are more popular than the 45th president.
And people are going to sit for lessons on how to win from a two time loser for president? They’re about that brilliant so I guess so. Why doesn’t she just go sit in the back yard and count the daisies?
“”voter suppression””
Where - tell us where and how it happened!
HRC is pretty much the last person Id pick for a pep talk. About as inspiring as a tumor.
They’re willing to take advice from a loser?
That’ll work really well.
The crowd was underwhelming.
Evidently the fix is in because at the time the computer security convention had scheduled her to be guest speaker, she suddenly dove for cover and kept a low profile for a while.
Political boot camp?
Don’t vote once, vote three times!
Make sure your illegal alien gardeners vote too!
In other news, the Washington Generals are holding a basketball training camp and Taylor Swift is giving out relationship advice.
Problem is they are trying to race a 700 horse power president with a 60 horse power 450cc dirt bike agenda. They are out run, and don’t have the horses to finish. And no matter what they do, all they get is dirtier and dirtier until no one knows who’s under the mud to vote for.

Hillary Clinton WAS the catastrophe of the 2016 election. Three years later, and she's still in denial.
“How To Lose and Lose Bigly” camp.
This latest gig of hers is even MORE pathetic than the previous one where she was going to be the key note speaker at some kind of security palooza. WTH is going on? Are they wanting us to see how stupid they are, or how demented they are? I know it’s the latter, I was just trying to be kind with “stupid”.
So was the speech. Brief remarks...They handed out press releases.
“Revved them up” I pictured a ‘63 VW with one bad cylinder and three fouled spark plugs: chug...cough...wheeze...chug....cough....chug-chug...cough wheeze.... then the battery dies and the starter gives on last...”rrr”
Other forces, the Constitution for example
