Video emerged of Kamala Harris recently speaking about the problems parents face when their schools are closed but they can't afford childcare. This is a serious issue with massive repercussions for children's development and for working mothers. So what did Kamala do? She cracked herself up, laughing so hard she could barely get the words out. What the heck is going on with that woman?

If you look up "inappropriate laughter," a few things pop up. It turns out that it can be a nervous system disorder called Pseudobulbar affect (AKA emotional incontinence)....In other words, in addition to a president sliding into dementia, we could have a vice president with a neurological disorder....
It's doubtful Harris suffers from any of the above problems. (Although wouldn't it be a kick in the pants if she did?) Additionally, she doesn't laugh at completely random times. She laughs when she's nervous, and there's even a name for what Harris does: nervous laughter....
The question, then, is what's making Harris nervous when she (a) glosses over willingly campaigning with someone she accused of sexual assault, or (b) jokes about killing the president, or (c) laughs at the suffering working parents experience when their children cannot go to school? My guess is that the laughter came about for the following reasons: (a) acknowledging that she has no moral compass and was caught in a lie; (b) knowing she violated a social and legal taboo; and (c) knowing that her administration policies not only aren't helping, but also are making it worse.
That is, in every case, Kamala laughs because she's doing something even she knows is bad and wrong. I guess it shows she has some semblance of a conscience and therefore isn't a true sociopath....

From what I’ve heard, Kamala’s cackle is more irritating than Hillary’s.
And to think we may hear Kamala cackle for many years to come.........

You’d think people would begin to understand what happens to the human mind when, cloistered behind a mask — or in this muslim’s case, a burka — it is deprived of oxygen.
It’s clearly a deflection strategy because she’s in over her head.
That laugh has been a seductive ploy she has used. Girlish and flirtatious meant to disarm.
But on the world stage?
Only God knows the heart. But the mirth in serious situations shows something is off.
We should definitely make sure she is not permitted to touch a firearm.
Well, she learned this trick from Hillary. Everytime Hillary is caught in a lie and questioned about it, she cackles, as if to imply the very question itself is ridiculous.
That trick worked well for Hillary, and Kamala obviously noticed that and adopted the tactic herself.
Hillary does that crap when she has been busted on something and wants to make the other person insignificant because of it. Kamala is just in over her head and she knows it.
Perhaps instead it’s the result of a “dry throat” condition. (Where’s Willie Brown when you need him?)

Swell! So the two top leaders in the Executive Branch are batcrap crazy traitors. They ought to get along great with their fellow kakistocrats at Cabinet meetings.

We’ve got two WORLD CLASS HACKS at the helm of this nation. One is non compos mentis, and this one is pure power mad evil and incompetence.
We’ll honestly be lucky if G-d gets us through the next 4 years.
I don’t know exactly what is causing that tick, but it is beyond disturbing. Not so much that it’s something that she’s afflicted with, but that her handlers don’t think that it’s something that needs to be fixed.
We are in for a rough ride.
