Here’s all you need to know about the Oscars ceremony that apparently took place last night somewhere in Hollywood. – The Academy gave its “best picture” award to a film about the homeless people in America called “Nomadland.” I didn’t watch a moment of the ceremony (didn’t even know it was being held last night until I was getting ready to go to bed, in fact), but I have no doubt at all that the person or people who went up to the stage to accept the award poured out their hearts with sympathy towards the homeless community.
Yeah, that was all phony, just like everything else that comes out of Hollywood.
VDO.AI See, before they gave this award to this movie which may or may not be a fine film – I’ll never know since I’ll never see it – the Academy did the most utterly predictable thing possible for such a bunch of disgusting elitist sleazebags to do: It prevailed on the City of Los Angeles to clean up a … wait for it … homeless encampment within the vicinity of wherever it was that the ceremony was held.

The city of Los Angeles allegedly kicked homeless people out of an encampment next to this year’s Academy Awards venue to present a glitzy “image” while in the national spotlight, according to a report Sunday.
Scores of homeless people — many living in tents near the Union Station building in Downtown L.A. — were allegedly threatened and ordered to leave in the days leading up to the star-studded event, according FOX 11 Los Angeles.
“They came to us about a week ago saying that we had to move by Friday 6 p.m. because they were trying to clean up for the Oscars,” a homeless man identified a DJ told the station. “They told us if we didn’t move, they were gonna just demolish our stuff and [that] if you have warrants we’re gonna take you to jail.”
Some homeless folks were relocated to a nearby hotel in an effort to clean up the area’s look before Tinseltown A-listers flock to the 93rd Annual Academy Awards, which will be held Sunday at Union Station.

This morning, the guys who host the morning sports radio show I listen to from time to time are doing nothing but talking about the Academy Awards and how much they loved “Nomadland” but hated the ceremony. I’ll never turn on this radio program again because of this reality, because they just proved to me that they are a big part of the problem in America.
If you spent a moment obsessing over the Academy Awards, watching that program last night or talking with your friends about who won what, you are a big part of the problem in America, too.

Hey, let’s talk about COVID-19. – Boy, isn’t this fun? But bear with me here – I’m talking about the inept cretins who infest the Centers for Disease Control, those small-minded bureaucrats who appear absolutely dedicated to the goal of being as wrong as possible about literally every single aspect of this pandemic.
Let’s review one recent example: On April 12, the head of the CDC categorically stated that Michigan, whose Nazi governor has had draconian restrictions and mask orders in place for a full year now, shut down its economy and lock down the public entirely as the best way to deal with its new outbreak of COVID-19 “cases.”
Amazingly, Herr Gretchen Whitmer ignored that advice to exercise her illegal “powers” even more brutally than she has already done, in response to which the Little Menace to Society Anthony Fauci and CDC officials expressed their concern that the results could be disastrous.
So, what has actually happened in Michigan since that day, April 12? I’m sure you can already guess the answer: The number of reported cases in Michigan have dropped dramatically across the following two weeks. I mean like straight-line dramatically.:

It’s important to understand why this is the case, and this chart proves why: It’s because none of the mitigation measures imposed on us by the megalomaniacal jackass “experts” like Fauci and the inept potentates at the CDC have had any measurable impact whatsoever on the spread of this virus. Indeed, we have had study after study after study demonstrating this is the case, the most recent from MIT, which found that social distancing indoors provides ZERO protection against his virus, whether you space yourselves 6 feet from your children and grandparents, or 60 feet from them. Doesn’t matter. Makes no difference whatsoever.
That’s the science.
The science about the efficacy of these damn masks – or lack thereof – has been well-known for years before anyone ever heard of COVID-19: The masks that he overwhelming majority of us have been wearing give you no protection at all. ZERO. NONE. NADA.
That’s the science.
The simple fact of the matter is that this virus was going to run its course in our society regardless of how many rights we allowed our abusive masters to take away from us, until we were able to develop and mass-administer an effective vaccine and achieve herd immunity. That is why every chart like the one above of every state looks an awful lot like the chart of Michigan, with the behavior of the virus showing absolutely no cause and effect relationship whatsoever to the various impositions placed on the citizens by these abusive governors.
Everything our governors and bureaucrats have done to us throughout this entire pandemic has been an exercise in control, not public health. They have spent a year now testing to see how far they can go before we as a people start to push back. That is what all of this has been about.
When all of this is over, it is vitally important for all of you out there to remember that our society was able to develop not just one, but multiple effective vaccines related to this particular virus, in record time that literally no one else believed would be possible, due to the sheer force of will of one single human being: Donald J. Trump.
It was Trump, no one else, who forced the CDC and the FDA to suspend all of their bureaucratic bullshit turf protection processes in order to get these vaccines developed, tested and approved in record time thanks to Operation Warp Speed. It is an unarguable fact that, had Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden been president a year ago, there would be no approved vaccine today, and our country would still be many months, most likely years away from achieving the herd immunity we are on the precipice of achieving today.
We once had a president who was capable of getting the huge things done through the sheer force of his own will. Remember that, and appreciate it, because in the entire history of our nation, we have elected just six such men, four of whom are memorialized on Mount Rushmore.
The other two are named Reagan and Trump.

Once the tax cut is repealed later this summer the only remaining achievement from the Trump administration will be billions of dollars worth of vaccines for the f’n flu.
It is quite an accomplishment for there to be several viable vaccines in people’s arms :)

I personally loath the idea that “Warp Speed” and unapproved “vaccines” will be Trump’s only legacy.
Beyond his innate compassion, it wasn’t even who he was.
The media are full of praise for Biden for coming up with the vaccine.
He personally developed and produced it right?
That’s sure the impression I’m getting.
Seems to me his only lasting accomplishment was to expose how corrupted our federal system really is... ESPECIALLY the GOP!... Even the Supreme Court bows to the deeps state.... or whoever is running it.
Consent of the governed is a thing of the past, and our constitution is just a bunch of platitudes... Hell... even our finest institution the military wont stand up for it anymore.
