China's first Mars rover has powered down from its landing platform and is now exploring the red planet's surface, according to China's space administration on Saturday.
The solar-powered rover landed on Mars at 10:40 a.m. Saturday Beijing time (0240 GMT), according to the China National Space Administration.

20 minutes to receive a signal. Say 5 min to come up with a response. 20 minutes to send signal. Going to be a really slow fight w/o AI. definitely not pay per view.
Didn’t take them long to establish the possibility of the first traffic jam or vehicular accident on the red planet. Wonder what happens if they have to make a decision on right of way? Do they have an arm to wave the other forward or flip them off when they barge out right or wrong to signal incompetence? Most people don’t get it right here.

It landed close(well) to a Viking spacecraft but from the picture there are very few rocks in the area and Viking’s pictures show nothing but rocks
